【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的深入和全球經(jīng)濟一體化程度的加劇，越來越多的國際高端膠粘劑廣泛運用于各行各業(yè)，但目前主要依靠進口成品，因為成本較高，各膠粘劑提供商就進口大包裝的成品到國內(nèi)進行分裝，以降低成本與其他品牌提供商競爭日益膨脹的國內(nèi)市場。E公司作為這些國際化高端膠粘劑提供商的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，為他們提供專業(yè)的分裝服務(wù)，為了更好的服務(wù)客戶，E公司就必須在穩(wěn)步提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的前提下降低分裝的成本，提高生產(chǎn)的效率，而目前的生產(chǎn)管理方式己無法滿足客戶日益膨脹的多變的需求，需要對分裝的流程進行改善以適市場的需要，，而精益生產(chǎn)方式管理體系可以幫助E公司解決目前存在的問題，不斷的壯大分裝的業(yè)務(wù)。 全文共分為六個部分，第一章是緒論，主要說明本文的研究背景、目的、意義、研究思路和方法。第二章是理論及文獻綜述，闡述精益生產(chǎn)管理的理論體系及國內(nèi)外的研究情況。第三章先簡要介紹E公司的狀況，然后剖析E公司高端膠粘劑分裝存在的主要問題，通過分析提出E公司的改善策略選擇。第四章主要討論E公司精益生產(chǎn)方式改善方案設(shè)計，通過導入精益生產(chǎn)方式，解決目前存在的主要問題。第五章主要討論E公司推行精益生產(chǎn)方式前的準備工作，第六章提出了本論文的研究結(jié)論，以及對今后實施精益生產(chǎn)方式的展望。 本文通過對E公司精益生產(chǎn)方式改善方案設(shè)計的研究，旨在解決目前存在的一些問題，以提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低生產(chǎn)成本、穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和提升客戶的滿意度，從而提高E公司在高端膠粘劑分裝行業(yè)的市場競爭力，同時也可為高端膠粘劑分裝行業(yè)改善現(xiàn)場及流程中的問題提供一些可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of domestic economic development and the intensification of the degree of global economic integration, more and more international high-end adhesives are widely used in various industries, but at present they mainly rely on imported finished products because of the high cost. Each adhesive supplier carries on the domestic packing to import the big packing finished product, in order to reduce the cost to compete with other brand provider's expanding domestic market. E company as the strategic partner of these international high-end adhesive providers, To provide them with professional packing services, in order to better serve our customers, we must reduce the cost of packing and improve the efficiency of production on the premise of steadily improving the quality of our products. However, the current production management mode can not meet the ever-expanding needs of customers, and needs to be improved to fit the market. The lean production management system can help E company solve the existing problems. Continue to expand the business of packaging. This paper is divided into six parts, the first chapter is an introduction, mainly explains the research background, purpose, significance, research ideas and methods. The second chapter is a theoretical and literature review, the theoretical system of lean production management and domestic and foreign research situation. The third chapter briefly introduces the status of E company, then analyzes the main problems of E company high-end adhesive packaging, and puts forward the improvement strategy selection of E company. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the improvement scheme design of lean production mode in E Company, and solves the main problems by introducing lean production mode. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the preparation work of the lean production mode in E Company. The sixth chapter puts forward the research conclusion of this paper and the prospect of implementing lean production mode in the future. In this paper, through the research on the improvement scheme design of lean production mode of E Company, the purpose of this paper is to solve some existing problems in order to improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, stabilize product quality and enhance customer satisfaction. So as to improve the market competitiveness of E company in the high-end adhesive packaging industry, but also for the high-end adhesive packaging industry to improve the field and process problems to provide some experience for reference.
