SG天津公司成品庫(kù)管理改善研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,倉(cāng)庫(kù)作業(yè)和庫(kù)存控制已變得更加多樣化和復(fù)雜化。在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,越來越多的企業(yè)認(rèn)為專業(yè)的、高效的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流活動(dòng)是有效地獲得市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要方法。而企業(yè)的倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理是企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流活動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵要素。因此企業(yè)倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理活動(dòng)的水平,極大的影響到整個(gè)企業(yè)的物流作業(yè)效果。 本論文在仔細(xì)研究了SG天津公司成品庫(kù)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和庫(kù)存管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析成品庫(kù)管理目前存在的問題。運(yùn)用ABC分析法對(duì)客戶等級(jí)分類,并重新對(duì)成品庫(kù)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)區(qū)域進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,對(duì)不同等級(jí)客戶的貨物分重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行管理。引用條碼技術(shù)對(duì)成品庫(kù)工作內(nèi)容和操作流程提出改進(jìn)方案,,解決目前手工作業(yè)為主的問題。為了完善成品庫(kù)管理活動(dòng),本文針對(duì)成品庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則、系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)、條碼結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)等。除此之外,本論文還深入討論了該成品庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)中各模塊的功能,描述了這些模塊的操作方法和對(duì)應(yīng)的流程簡(jiǎn)圖,更直觀的解釋成品庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作方法和管理模式。本論文所涉及的成品庫(kù)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)區(qū)域重新布局和采用條碼技術(shù)的成品庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在SG天津公司成品庫(kù)試運(yùn)行,并取得了良好的成效。 本文通過對(duì)SG天津公司成品庫(kù)管理活動(dòng)改善的研究,為生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)領(lǐng)域中各種類型的儲(chǔ)存?zhèn)}庫(kù)和配送中心完善倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理活動(dòng)和建設(shè)信息化系統(tǒng)提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, warehouse operation and inventory control have become more diversified and complicated. In the increasingly competitive market environment, more and more enterprises think that professional and efficient warehousing logistics is an important way to obtain market competitive advantage effectively. The warehouse management is the key element of the enterprise warehouse logistics activities. Therefore, the level of enterprise warehouse management activities greatly affects the logistics operation effect of the whole enterprise. Based on the detailed study of the overall structure and inventory management status of the finished product warehouse of SG Tianjin Company, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of the finished product warehouse. The customer grade is classified by ABC method, and the storage area of the finished product warehouse is replanned, and the goods of different grade customers are managed. The bar code technology is used to improve the working content and operation flow of the finished product library to solve the problem of manual work. In order to improve the management activities of the finished product warehouse, this paper designs the overall structure of the finished product warehouse management system, including the system design principles, system objectives, system function structure, bar code structure, network structure and so on. In addition, this paper also discusses the function of each module in the finished product warehouse management system, describes the operation method and the corresponding flow diagram of these modules, and explains the operation method and management mode of the finished product warehouse management system more intuitively. The readjustment of the storage area of the finished product warehouse and the management system of the finished product warehouse based on bar code technology have been tested in the finished product warehouse of SG Tianjin Company, and good results have been achieved. Through the research on the improvement of finished product warehouse management activities of SG Tianjin Company, this paper provides a reference for various types of storage warehouses and distribution centers in the production and supply fields to improve warehouse management activities and build information systems.
