食品企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不斷加速、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇、公眾權(quán)利意識(shí)不斷覺(jué)醒的背景下,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任受到社會(huì)關(guān)注的程度持續(xù)提高,已逐漸成為企業(yè)獲得社會(huì)認(rèn)可、提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要影響因素。企業(yè)構(gòu)建并履行社會(huì)責(zé)任,不僅對(duì)企業(yè)當(dāng)前的生存和壯大有著重大的作用,而且對(duì)企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 對(duì)于企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任體系建設(shè),我國(guó)的食品企業(yè)還處于邊摸索、邊實(shí)踐的階段,不同企業(yè)間承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任的差別巨大,總體的成效令人堪憂。在近年來(lái),由于“毒奶粉”、“瘦肉精”、“染色饅頭”、“地溝油”等一些問(wèn)題的陸續(xù)爆發(fā),食品企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)的淡薄、社會(huì)責(zé)任實(shí)踐的缺失凸現(xiàn)出來(lái),更是將食品企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任建設(shè)問(wèn)題推上了風(fēng)口浪尖。在這種趨勢(shì)下,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任特別是食品企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任引起了眾多學(xué)術(shù)研究者和企業(yè)管理人員的重視。在探索過(guò)程中,食品企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任構(gòu)建的實(shí)踐著面臨諸多的挑戰(zhàn),需要一套比較清晰的、完善的理論作為參考和引導(dǎo)。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)食品企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的研究還比較薄弱、不夠深入,本文試圖對(duì)該問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討。 本文立足于食品企業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際,對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任以及食品企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任作出了定義,剖析了食品企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任體系構(gòu)建的相關(guān)因素。基于利益相關(guān)者、社會(huì)契約、CSR三動(dòng)力等理論,在充分運(yùn)用國(guó)內(nèi)外理論研究成果、借鑒參考相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,選取和確定食品企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任指標(biāo),建立食品企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)食品企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任、建設(shè)社會(huì)責(zé)任體系的現(xiàn)狀,分析了食品企業(yè)與其他企業(yè)相比在承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任上的特殊性和側(cè)重點(diǎn),找出存在的問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題的原因,提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,并進(jìn)行案例分析,提出了完善案例企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任體系建設(shè)的建議。本文最后對(duì)全文做了總結(jié),指出了本文的局限,并對(duì)未來(lái)研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of accelerating the development of modern economy, intensifying the market competition and awakening the consciousness of public rights, the degree of social responsibility of enterprise has been continuously improved, which has gradually become the social recognition of enterprises. The important influence factor that enhances oneself competitive ability. The construction and implementation of social responsibility not only plays an important role in the current survival and expansion of enterprises, but also has far-reaching significance for the long-term healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. With regard to the construction of corporate social responsibility system, the food enterprises of our country are still in the stage of exploring and practicing, and the differences between different enterprises in undertaking social responsibility are huge, and the overall results are worrisome. In recent years, due to the outbreak of some problems, such as "poisonous milk powder", "lean meat essence", "dyed steamed bread", "gutter oil" and so on, the weak sense of social responsibility of food enterprises and the lack of practice of social responsibility have emerged. The social responsibility of food enterprises will be pushed to the forefront of the problem. In this trend, corporate social responsibility, especially the social responsibility of food enterprises, has attracted the attention of many academic researchers and enterprise managers. In the process of exploration, the practice of food corporate social responsibility construction is facing many challenges, which needs a set of clear and perfect theory as a reference and guidance. At present, the domestic research on food corporate social responsibility is still weak, not deep enough, this paper attempts to explore this problem. Based on the development of food enterprises, this paper defines corporate social responsibility and food corporate social responsibility, and analyzes the relevant factors of food enterprise social responsibility system construction. Based on the theory of stakeholder, social contract and CSR, the author selects and determines the social responsibility index of food enterprise on the basis of making full use of domestic and foreign theoretical research results and referring to relevant practical experience. Establish the social responsibility index system of food enterprises. According to the current situation of food enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and build social responsibility system, this paper analyzes the particularity and emphasis of food enterprises in undertaking social responsibility compared with other enterprises, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. Put forward the corresponding countermeasure, and carry on the case analysis, put forward the suggestion of perfecting the case enterprise social responsibility system construction. At last, the paper summarizes the whole paper, points out the limitation of this paper, and looks forward to the future research.
