國際化經(jīng)營中我國汽車制造企業(yè)價值鏈模式選擇研究

【摘要】:汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),具有高產(chǎn)出、科技含量高、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度大、經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動能力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),對我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)具有較大的推動作用。隨著貿(mào)易全球化的不斷發(fā)展,我國企業(yè)也通過融入全球價值鏈中而獲得了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。在全球價值鏈背景下,我國汽車制造企業(yè)衍生出了兩種不同的發(fā)展模式,一種是嵌入全球價值鏈的合資企業(yè)模式,另一種是自主價值鏈的自主創(chuàng)新模式,這兩種模式也構(gòu)成了我國汽車制造企業(yè)的主要發(fā)展方式。隨著中國汽車市場的競爭進(jìn)一步加劇,我國汽車制造企業(yè)如何應(yīng)對激烈的國際競爭,提高自身的核心競爭力,成為我國汽車企業(yè)所不能回避的話題。 本文首先通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)的研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對全球價值鏈理論和績效評價分析理論進(jìn)行了述評,對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)全球價值鏈的演化,世界汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)全球化的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢以及我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球價值鏈中的位置進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,針對兩種不同價值鏈的發(fā)展模式,對采用嵌入全球價值鏈的“巴西模式”和自主全球價值鏈的“日韓模式”進(jìn)行對比分析。通過對國外兩種發(fā)展模式的比較,探討全球價值鏈發(fā)展所遵循的規(guī)律,為我國汽車制造企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考性思路。最后,本文選取了22家上市整車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)作為研究樣本,選取30個相關(guān)的財務(wù)指標(biāo),采用因子分析法,進(jìn)行實證分析。分別從企業(yè)的盈利能力和成長能力兩個方面,對兩種不同價值鏈發(fā)展模式的企業(yè)的經(jīng)營績效進(jìn)行評價分析。 得出結(jié)論,雖然我國汽車企業(yè)取得了巨大的發(fā)展,但是不可否認(rèn)在國際上的競爭力仍然較弱的事實,缺乏核心技術(shù)仍是我國汽車制造企業(yè)的短板。在全球價值鏈的背景下,自主全球價值鏈模式的企業(yè)比嵌入全球價值模式的企業(yè)在成長能力上表現(xiàn)的更有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry is an important pillar industry of our national economy, which has the characteristics of high output, high science and technology content, high industrial correlation degree and strong economic driving ability, which has a great role in promoting the national economy of our country. With the development of trade globalization, Chinese enterprises also get new development opportunities by integrating into global value chain. Under the background of global value chain, Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises have derived two different development models, one is the joint venture mode embedded in the global value chain, the other is the independent innovation mode of independent value chain. These two models also constitute the main mode of development of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China. As the competition of Chinese automobile market intensifies, how to deal with the fierce international competition and improve its core competitiveness has become a topic that Chinese automobile enterprises can not avoid. Based on the research of relevant theories and literatures at home and abroad, this paper reviews the theory of global value chain and the theory of performance evaluation and analysis, and the evolution of global value chain of automobile industry. The present situation and trend of the globalization of the world automobile industry and the position of China's automobile industry in the global value chain are analyzed. On this basis, aiming at two development models of different value chains, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the "Brazilian model" embedded in the global value chain and the "Japan-Korea model" of the independent global value chain. By comparing the two development modes of foreign countries, this paper probes into the rules followed in the development of global value chain, and provides reference ideas for the development of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China. Finally, this paper selects 22 listed vehicle manufacturing enterprises as the research sample, 30 related financial indicators, using factor analysis, empirical analysis. From two aspects of enterprise's profitability and growth ability, this paper evaluates and analyzes the business performance of two different value chain development models. The conclusion is that although China's automobile enterprises have made great progress, there is no denying the fact that the competitiveness in the international market is still weak, and the lack of core technology is still a short board of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises. Under the background of global value chain, the enterprises with independent global value chain model have more advantages than those embedded in global value model in terms of growth ability.
