基于知識管理的發(fā)電企業(yè)績效評估研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the power market reform, the competition of power generation enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Under the premise of actively improving the power generation technology level and reducing the generation cost, the power generation enterprises must constantly improve their innovation ability and performance management level. Under the background of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes one of the most important resources of enterprises. The knowledge management concept is integrated into the performance evaluation research of power generation enterprises, and the performance evaluation system of power generation enterprises based on knowledge management is constructed. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to improve the performance management ability of power generation enterprises and to promote the application of knowledge management in power generation enterprises. In this paper, the theory of knowledge, knowledge management and performance evaluation is discussed in detail, and the theoretical framework of knowledge management and performance evaluation is established, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the next research. Secondly, on the basis of comparative analysis of common performance evaluation index systems, such as performance evaluation system based on objective management, performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard, performance evaluation system based on KPI, etc. According to the actual situation and existing problems of power generation enterprise performance management, the paper puts forward the performance evaluation index system based on knowledge management. Then the rough set attribute reduction theory is used to reduce the performance evaluation system of power generation enterprises based on knowledge management in order to optimize the index system. The attribute importance theory of rough set is used to set the index weight of the optimal index system after reduction. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation will be applied to the field investigation and research of A power generation enterprises and a series of data obtained by employing experts to fill out the data table, and an empirical analysis on the performance evaluation of A power generation enterprises will be carried out. The empirical research process and results show that the performance evaluation system based on knowledge management can meet the performance evaluation requirements of power generation enterprises under the current situation. It promotes the performance management level of the power generation enterprise, and can also be applied to other power generation enterprise performance evaluation, which has a strong reference value, and plays a good role in promoting the rapid and sustainable development of power generation enterprises.
