JB采油廠專業(yè)技術(shù)人員激勵機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the social economy and technological progress are undergoing intense changes, which make the internal and external environment of the organization change greatly. In recent years, the economic development of the western region has been rapid, and the rapid development has brought business opportunities to the JB oil production plant. At the same time, it also puts forward the challenge to its human resources management. JB Oil production Plant is a typical large state-owned enterprise with huge organization and jumbled personnel, which can cope with the market competition, and how to give full play to the value of human capital. And how to obtain the core competitiveness of the enterprise has become an important issue in JB oil production plant. Based on the incentive theory, this paper first expounds the basic concepts of professional technical personnel, incentive, compensation system and so on. On this basis, by reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper selects the incentive mechanism of professional technical personnel suitable for the needs of the enterprise's own development. Guide and determine the direction of human resource management in JB production plant. Secondly, based on the incentive theory, the paper studies the current situation of the incentive system for the professional and technical personnel in JB oil production plant, and finds that the current incentive system of the professional and technical personnel in the company has great defects: the incentive mode is single, the performance appraisal system is not perfect. Narrow band salary can not arouse the enthusiasm of work, egalitarianism is serious, no career planning and education and training do not play an incentive role, which provides the foundation for the construction of human resource management system in JB oil production plant. Thirdly, aiming at the current situation and problems of professional and technical staff incentive in JB oil production plant, this paper constructs four ways of improvement from salary incentive scheme, career planning, training incentive scheme and performance appraisal scheme. Finally, from three aspects of improving the organization ability, perfecting the supporting mechanism and the enterprise culture guarantee, this paper formulates a set of effective guarantee measures for the JB oil production plant to encourage and improve the professional and technical personnel.
