【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)水平的不斷迅猛發(fā)展,中國(guó)迅速成長(zhǎng)為一個(gè)制造業(yè)大國(guó),大量高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口國(guó)外,為全世界的發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)有力的全方位保障。眾多航空制造企業(yè)也加快了與國(guó)際接軌的步伐,走出國(guó)門承接國(guó)際航空產(chǎn)品零部件的轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn),參與全球航空轉(zhuǎn)包市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),積極融入世界航空產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,融入?yún)^(qū)域發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)圈,國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)合作規(guī)模不斷發(fā)展和壯大。面對(duì)日趨激烈的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和發(fā)展?jié)摼?越是形勢(shì)大好,航空制造企業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也就越來(lái)越多。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理作為企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的重要手段,已經(jīng)為世界各國(guó)的企業(yè)所廣泛運(yùn)用。如何認(rèn)清形勢(shì),增強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理意識(shí),提高國(guó)內(nèi)航空制造企業(yè)自身抵御和防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力,做好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理及控制,已成為航空制造企業(yè)需要仔細(xì)考慮的問題。本論文針對(duì)LM公司(典型的國(guó)內(nèi)航空產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè))的國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)航空轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,深入研究該公司航空轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)類別和特征,找出其面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,并借助風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避相關(guān)理論,把航空轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目中遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理技術(shù)和方法,運(yùn)用定性和定量等分析方法進(jìn)行研究并評(píng)估,并對(duì)識(shí)別的各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施進(jìn)行總結(jié)。最終根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,希望能建立一套適合航空制造業(yè)企業(yè)在航空轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制和解決方案,從而確保公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的有效性、安全性,提高經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)效果,同時(shí)可以為國(guó)內(nèi)同行業(yè)企業(yè)的航空轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)提供有益的參考借鑒和啟示,對(duì)提高我國(guó)航空制造企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理的效率和安全性起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's equipment manufacturing technology, China has grown rapidly into a large manufacturing country, a large number of high-tech products exported to foreign countries, providing a strong overall guarantee for the development of the world. Many aviation manufacturing enterprises have also quickened the pace of international integration, went abroad to undertake the subcontracting production of international aviation product components, participated in the global aviation subcontracting market competition, actively integrated into the world aviation industry chain, and integrated into the regional development economic circle. The scale of international business cooperation continues to grow and grow. In the face of increasingly fierce international market competition and development potential, the better the situation, the more risks aviation manufacturing enterprises will encounter in the international market. As an important means of risk prevention, risk management has been widely used by enterprises all over the world. How to recognize the situation, enhance the awareness of risk management, improve the ability of domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises to resist and prevent risks, and do a good job of risk management and control, has become a matter of careful consideration for aviation manufacturing enterprises. This paper analyzes the status quo of LM Company (typical domestic aviation product manufacturing enterprise) international business aviation subcontract production, deeply studies the risk category and characteristics of the company's aviation subcontract production project, and finds out the risk it faces. Put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and with the help of risk aversion theory, use risk management techniques and methods in aviation subcontract production projects, use qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study and evaluate. And to identify all kinds of risk countermeasures are summarized. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, we hope to establish a set of risk management mechanism and solutions suitable for aviation manufacturing enterprises in the field of aviation subcontract production projects, so as to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the company's management and improve the effectiveness of its business activities. At the same time, it can provide useful reference and inspiration for domestic aviation subcontracting production business of the same industry, and play a positive role in improving the efficiency and safety of subcontracting production project management of aviation manufacturing enterprises in our country.
