【摘要】：隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外能源需求的快速增長(zhǎng),優(yōu)化節(jié)能管理成為X石化公司提升公司形象、提高公司效益、提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效途徑之一。本文以X石化公司節(jié)能管理為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究節(jié)能技術(shù)、管理中存在的問(wèn)題。發(fā)現(xiàn)裝置負(fù)荷不足、原油性質(zhì)發(fā)生變化、加熱爐熱效率較低、熱聯(lián)合不夠以及能量回收設(shè)施存在技術(shù)問(wèn)題;管理中存在節(jié)能工作重視程度不夠、宣傳力度不足、員工節(jié)能意識(shí)不強(qiáng),重技術(shù)輕管理,節(jié)能管理目標(biāo)不統(tǒng)一,部門(mén)對(duì)能源要求不一致,節(jié)能設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)投入不足、能量計(jì)量不準(zhǔn)確、計(jì)量管理人員不足,節(jié)能管理制度不夠細(xì)致、節(jié)能管理仍處于面上管控,人力不足、缺乏信息管理平臺(tái)和軟件、不能深入研究整合現(xiàn)代化煉廠(chǎng)先進(jìn)技術(shù),旨在為我國(guó)大型煉化企業(yè)提高節(jié)能管理水平服務(wù)。在節(jié)能原理和激勵(lì)理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查X石化公司代表性崗位員工,對(duì)X石化公司節(jié)能管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入剖析,總結(jié)節(jié)能管理存在的問(wèn)題。借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外大型石化公司節(jié)能管理先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)X石化公司節(jié)能管理中存在的問(wèn)題,建立X石化公司節(jié)能管理戰(zhàn)略,提出提升X石化公司節(jié)能管理水平的具體對(duì)策如下:優(yōu)化原油管理、保證原油性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定;解決節(jié)能設(shè)施存在問(wèn)題;完善計(jì)量設(shè)施及管理;科學(xué)組織生產(chǎn),開(kāi)展達(dá)標(biāo)對(duì)標(biāo);完善制度和考核評(píng)估;提高員工素質(zhì)。并對(duì)對(duì)策結(jié)果進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)預(yù)測(cè)核算,加工每噸原油節(jié)約1.44千克標(biāo)油,年節(jié)約加工成本5896萬(wàn)元。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of energy demand at home and abroad, optimizing energy saving management has become one of the effective ways for X Petrochemical Company to enhance its image, improve its efficiency and enhance its competitiveness. In this paper, the energy saving management of X Petrochemical Company as the research object, focus on energy saving technology, management problems. It is found that the plant has insufficient load, the crude oil properties have changed, the heat efficiency of the heating furnace is low, the heat combination is not enough and the energy recovery facility has technical problems, the energy saving work in the management is not paid enough attention to, and the propaganda is insufficient. Employees are not aware of energy conservation, pay more attention to technology and management, have different management objectives, do not have consistent energy requirements, lack of energy conservation facilities, inaccurate energy measurement, inadequate management personnel, and detailed energy management system. Energy-saving management is still in the aspect of management and control, lack of manpower, lack of information management platform and software, can not be in-depth research and integration of modern refinery advanced technology, in order to improve the level of energy-saving management services for large refineries in China. Under the guidance of energy saving principle and incentive theory, the present situation of energy saving management in X Petrochemical Company is deeply analyzed by questionnaire survey of representative staff in X Petrochemical Company, and the existing problems of energy saving management are summarized. Based on the advanced experience of energy saving management in large petrochemical companies at home and abroad, the energy saving management strategy of X petrochemical company is established in view of the problems existing in the energy saving management of X petrochemical company. The specific countermeasures to improve the management level of energy saving in X Petrochemical Company are as follows: optimizing the management of crude oil to ensure the stability of crude oil, solving the existing problems of energy-saving facilities, perfecting the metering facilities and management, organizing production scientifically, and carrying out the standard calibration; Improve the system and assessment; improve the quality of staff. The result of economic forecast and calculation shows that 1.44kg of standard oil per ton of crude oil is saved and 58.96 million yuan of processing cost is saved annually.
