【摘要】：為了能夠科學(xué)、客觀地評(píng)價(jià)蘇北水利現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平,在江蘇省水利基本現(xiàn)代化指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,采用基于變異系數(shù)權(quán)重的TOPSIS法計(jì)算出現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,綜合現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重和江蘇省水利基本現(xiàn)代化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,對(duì)各指標(biāo)權(quán)重進(jìn)行重新賦權(quán),進(jìn)而綜合評(píng)價(jià)蘇北地區(qū)6個(gè)典型縣的水利現(xiàn)代化水平,以驗(yàn)證其合理性。研究結(jié)果表明,新權(quán)重下的指標(biāo)體系深入剖析了蘇北地區(qū)的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展需求,緊密聯(lián)系蘇北地區(qū)的水利發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)于蘇北地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)水利現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo)具有一定的指示與導(dǎo)向作用。
[Abstract]:In order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the development level of water conservancy modernization in northern Jiangsu Province, based on the index system of basic modernization of water conservancy in Jiangsu Province, the TOPSIS method based on coefficient of variation is used to calculate the weight of evaluation index of present situation. In order to verify the rationality of water conservancy modernization in 6 typical counties in northern Jiangsu province, the weight of each index is reweighted by synthesizing the weight of evaluation index and the evaluation index weight of basic modernization of water conservancy in Jiangsu Province, and the level of water conservancy modernization in 6 typical counties in northern Jiangsu is evaluated comprehensively. The results show that the index system under the new weight has deeply analyzed the characteristics and development needs of northern Jiangsu, and is closely related to the current situation of water conservancy development in northern Jiangsu. It has certain instructive and guiding function for realizing the goal of water conservancy modernization in northern Jiangsu.
