【摘要】：農(nóng)村工業(yè)化是在二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)期存在的情況下,在農(nóng)村社區(qū)范圍內(nèi)建立和發(fā)展工業(yè)以及其它非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè),并以此為契機(jī),改造包括傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)在內(nèi)的落后的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)乃至整個(gè)農(nóng)村社會(huì)的過(guò)程。在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下,以發(fā)展農(nóng)村工業(yè)為切入點(diǎn),調(diào)整農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展,具重要意義�？h域行政單位是當(dāng)前中國(guó)農(nóng)村的基本經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體,是城鄉(xiāng)工業(yè)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的有效載體,是城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的結(jié)合部和工農(nóng)交匯點(diǎn)。如何以縣域?yàn)榛A(chǔ)進(jìn)一步借助工業(yè)化的理念和可持續(xù)的生產(chǎn)方式作用于農(nóng)業(yè),探索縣域農(nóng)村工業(yè)化發(fā)展的內(nèi)生路徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)縣域農(nóng)村工業(yè)化的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的早日完成,己成為推進(jìn)湖南省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要課題。 本研究綜合運(yùn)用發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),在總結(jié)縣域農(nóng)村工業(yè)化現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上(第一章),以湘潭縣為例,首先對(duì)湘潭縣農(nóng)村工業(yè)化發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析(第二章)；其次構(gòu)建農(nóng)村工業(yè)化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)湘潭縣2001-2011年的農(nóng)村工業(yè)化水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)(第三章)；進(jìn)而從內(nèi)生型、外生型以及綜合型三個(gè)角度對(duì)湘潭縣農(nóng)村工業(yè)化可行性發(fā)展模式探討(第四章),并提出促進(jìn)湘潭縣農(nóng)村工業(yè)化發(fā)展的相關(guān)對(duì)策建議(第五章),以期為政策制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:Rural industrialization is to establish and develop industry and other non-agricultural industries in the rural community under the condition of the existence of dual economic structure for a long time, and take this as an opportunity. The process of reforming the backward rural economy, including traditional agriculture, and even the whole rural society. Under the background of the new rural construction, it is of great significance to adjust the rural industrial structure and realize the overall development of urban and rural areas by taking the development of rural industry as the starting point. County administrative unit is the basic economic entity of China's rural areas, the effective carrier of the coordinated development of urban and rural industrialization, the junction of urban and rural economy and the intersection of industry and agriculture. How to use the concept of industrialization and sustainable mode of production on the basis of county to explore the endogenous path of the development of county rural industrialization, To realize the sustainable and healthy development of county rural industrialization and the early completion of agricultural modernization has become an important subject for promoting the development of county economy and rural economy in Hunan Province. This research synthetically uses the relevant theory knowledge of development economics and regional economics, on the basis of summarizing the existing research of county rural industrialization (chapter one), taking Xiangtan county as an example, Firstly, it analyzes the development environment of rural industrialization in Xiangtan County (Chapter 2); secondly, constructs the evaluation index system of rural industrialization, and evaluates the level of rural industrialization in Xiangtan County from 2001 to 2011 (Chapter 3); This paper probes into the feasibility development mode of rural industrialization in Xiangtan County from three angles of exogenous type and comprehensive type (Chapter 4), and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural industrialization in Xiangtan County (Chapter 5), in order to provide reference for policy formulation.
