【摘要】：在日益激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中，實施供應鏈管理在企業(yè)中變得越來越重要。然而我國很多中小企業(yè)還沒有意識到實施供應鏈管理的重要性，由于供應鏈流程混亂，使企業(yè)的總體競爭力受到了嚴重的制約。在當今社會，客戶的需求越來越多樣化和個性化，并且要求方便快速滿足其需求。這就要求制造企業(yè)通過對原有的供應鏈流程進行再造來提高供應鏈的運作效率，對客戶的需求做出及時反應。通過提高供應鏈運作效率可以增強企業(yè)競爭力，為企業(yè)爭取更多的利潤。星宇手套公司作為制造企業(yè)也面臨著同樣的問題，需要對其內部供應鏈流程進行再造來提高企業(yè)競爭力。 隨著勞動者的安全保護意識越來越強，對勞保用品的需求量越來越多，并且對勞保用品的需求個性化，這種現(xiàn)狀對于勞保用品生產商來說既是機遇又是挑戰(zhàn)。而勞保生產公司都有抵抗風險能力差的通病，即供應鏈反應不靈敏。作為勞保產品生產商的星宇手套公司必須從供應鏈流程入手來解決自身存在的問題，抓住勞保市場的良好機遇，，爭取更多的市場份額。 本文先根據國內外學者對供應鏈管理和業(yè)務流程改造的研究成果進行分析，將這兩種管理理念融入到星宇手套公司的內部供應鏈流程再造之中。然后對SCOR模型進行了詳細的介紹，指出SCOR模型對于星宇手套公司內部供應鏈流程再造的啟示。根據SCOR模型的績效指標對星宇手套公司的供應鏈流程進行診斷分析發(fā)現(xiàn)問題所在；再根據SCOR模型的層次結構對星宇手套公司的內部供應鏈流程以及相應的職能結構和績效評價體系進行再造。繼而是對再造的供應鏈流程進行實施和監(jiān)控，指出企業(yè)組織、制度、技術、企業(yè)文化環(huán)境、人力資源配置方式是實施供應鏈流程再造的重要保障。在供應鏈流程再造監(jiān)控中構建了星宇公司的供應鏈流程再造評價指標體系和改進目標來激勵企業(yè)進行再造改進，并且指出供應鏈流程再造是一個持續(xù)改進的長期作業(yè)，需結合實際情況做出相應的調整。最后本文進行了相關總結和指出不足與展望。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the implementation of supply chain management in enterprises has become more and more important. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises in China have not realized the importance of implementing supply chain management. Because of the chaos of supply chain process, the overall competitiveness of enterprises has been seriously restricted. In today's society, the needs of customers are becoming more and more diversified and personalized, and they need to meet their needs quickly and conveniently. This requires manufacturing enterprises to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain by reengineering the original supply chain processes, and to respond to the needs of customers in a timely manner. By improving the efficiency of supply chain operation, we can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and strive for more profits for enterprises. As a manufacturing company, Xingyu Glove Company is faced with the same problem. It needs to reengineer its internal supply chain process to improve its competitiveness. With the more and more workers' consciousness of safety protection, the demand for labor insurance supplies is more and more, and the demand for labor insurance supplies is individualized. This situation is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for the manufacturers of labor insurance products. And labor insurance production companies have the common problem of poor risk resistance, that is, the supply chain is insensitive. As a manufacturer of labor insurance products, Xingyu Glove Company must start with the supply chain process to solve its own problems, seize the good opportunities of labor insurance market, and strive for more market share. Based on the domestic and foreign scholars' research results of supply chain management and business process transformation, this paper integrates these two management concepts into the internal supply chain process reengineering of Xingyu Gloves Company. Then the SCOR model is introduced in detail, and the enlightenment of SCOR model to internal supply chain process reengineering of Xingyu Gloves Company is pointed out. According to the performance index of SCOR model, the supply chain process of Xingyu Gloves Company is analyzed and the problems are found. Then according to the hierarchical structure of SCOR model, the internal supply chain process, function structure and performance evaluation system of Xingyu Gloves Company are reconstructed. Then the implementation and monitoring of the reengineering supply chain process is carried out. It is pointed out that the enterprise organization, system, technology, corporate culture environment and human resource allocation are the important guarantee of implementing the supply chain process reengineering. In the process of monitoring and control of supply chain process reengineering, the evaluation index system and improvement target of supply chain process reengineering of Xingyu Company are constructed to encourage enterprises to improve, and it is pointed out that supply chain process reengineering is a long-term task of continuous improvement. Need to make corresponding adjustment according to the actual situation. Finally, this paper summarizes the relevant and points out the shortcomings and prospects.
