基于生產(chǎn)線平衡的服裝裁床車間生產(chǎn)組織優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:文章從精益生產(chǎn)的角度綜合運用精益生產(chǎn)方式基本手段、方法以及管理工具,從生產(chǎn)線平衡、優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)線組織模式等方面以定性和定量研究方法對制造型服裝E企業(yè)進行分析。在這種大規(guī)模勞動密集型企業(yè)容易出現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線工序間堆積大量WIP,生產(chǎn)線平衡率低,人員無效動作浪費比較多,單位生產(chǎn)線人員數(shù)量多且機動性較差等導致成本提高的現(xiàn)象,并直接導致利潤降低,公司市場競爭力降低。因此,進行現(xiàn)場改善,提升產(chǎn)能勢在必行。通過對產(chǎn)能提升的方法研究,可以不斷減少人員無效動作的浪費、提升效率、減輕人員工作強度、減少資源浪費,令公司更人性化,同時提升客戶、公司、員工的滿意度。
[Abstract]:From the angle of lean production, this paper synthetically applies the basic means, methods and management tools of lean production mode, and analyzes the manufacturing garment E enterprise by qualitative and quantitative research methods from the aspects of production line balance, optimization of production line organization mode and so on. In this kind of large-scale labor-intensive enterprises, a large number of WIPs tend to accumulate between production lines, the balance rate of production line is low, the invalid action of personnel is more wasteful, the number of personnel in unit production line is large and the mobility of unit production line is poor, and so on, which leads to the increase of cost. And directly lead to lower profits, the company reduced market competitiveness. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the production capacity on the spot. Through the research on the method of productivity improvement, we can continuously reduce the waste of invalid action, improve efficiency, reduce the intensity of work, reduce the waste of resources, make the company more humanized, at the same time, improve the satisfaction of customers, companies and employees.
