【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的人力資源管理作為一種有效的企業(yè)管理方式,怎樣有效構(gòu)建一個(gè)人力資源管理的平臺和體系,最大化發(fā)揮人力資源管理六大模塊的功能,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)活力和核心競爭力,促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展和提高企業(yè)市場地位等,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理的核心與目的。企業(yè)如何突破傳統(tǒng)的管理模式,把人上升到資源的角度進(jìn)行配置與管理,,如何以人為中心,通過有效地進(jìn)行人力資源規(guī)劃、人力資源開發(fā)、人力資源配置、人力資源正確評價(jià)和人力資源合理激勵等方面職能,從而構(gòu)建科學(xué)有效的“招人、育人、用人和留人”人力資源管理機(jī)制。為員工提供一個(gè)有利于個(gè)人價(jià)值最大發(fā)揮的公平環(huán)境,給員工提供必要的資源,在賦予員工責(zé)任的同時(shí)也進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的授權(quán),保證員工在充分的授權(quán)內(nèi)開展自己的工作,并且通過科學(xué)有效地制定激勵機(jī)制來調(diào)動員工的積極性,在對員工潛能、行為特征和個(gè)人績效進(jìn)行公平評價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上給予相應(yīng)的物質(zhì)獎勵和精神激勵,有效激發(fā)員工在實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人自我價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上為企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。 本文以蘇州寶興電線電纜有限公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理為研究對象,從人力資源管理理論闡述開始,采用SWOT方法對蘇州寶興電線電纜有限公司人力資源管理狀況進(jìn)行優(yōu)劣勢態(tài)的分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對寶興公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,其中采用了平衡計(jì)分法對公司員工績效問題進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析,最后對寶興公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理的實(shí)施保障措施提出了適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。

How to break through the traditional management mode, how to raise the human resources to the angle of allocation and management, how to take the person as the center, how to effectively carry on the human resources planning, the human resources development, the human resources disposition, In order to set up a scientific and effective human resource management mechanism of "recruiting, educating, employing and retaining people", human resources should be correctly evaluated and reasonably encouraged. Provide employees with a fair environment conducive to maximum personal value, provide employees with the necessary resources, while giving employees responsibility, but also carry out the corresponding delegation of authority to ensure that the staff within the full authorization to carry out their own work, And through the scientific and effective formulation of incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, on the basis of a fair evaluation of the potential of employees, behavior characteristics and personal performance, the corresponding material rewards and spiritual incentives are given. Effectively motivate employees to create value for the sustainable development of enterprises on the basis of realizing personal self-worth. This paper takes the strategic management of human resources in Suzhou Baoxing Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. as the research object, starting with the theory of human resource management. The situation of human resource management in Suzhou Baoxing Wire and Cable Co., Ltd is analyzed by SWOT method. On this basis, the strategic management of human resources of Baoxing company is planned, in which the balanced scoring method is used to analyze the performance of employees. At last, some suggestions are put forward for the implementation of human resource strategic management in Baoxing Company.
