【摘要】：煤炭是我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)能源,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展具有重大的意義。但長(zhǎng)期以來煤炭開采和使用過程中存在高污染、高消耗和資源約束等問題,造成了環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)破壞,環(huán)境日益惡化和資源枯竭等問題,嚴(yán)重地制約我國(guó)煤炭工業(yè)的發(fā)展。如何在企業(yè)改制、兼并重組、資源整合、產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整背景下發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢(shì),挖掘自身的潛力,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為煤炭企業(yè)的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。發(fā)展新型煤化工是我國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路。 本文是以內(nèi)蒙古雙欣資源集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,以可持續(xù)發(fā)展和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)為理論基礎(chǔ),從戰(zhàn)略的高度出發(fā),‘通過使用SWOT分析工具對(duì)企業(yè)在煤化工發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上所面臨的內(nèi)部環(huán)境、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合分析,分析雙欣資源集團(tuán)存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)施新型煤化工的必要性、可行性。通過進(jìn)行新型煤化工發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),制定出發(fā)展新型煤化工的總體目標(biāo)、階段目標(biāo)和實(shí)施步驟；結(jié)合新型煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈與煤炭深加工工業(yè)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)集團(tuán)在實(shí)施新型煤化工的途徑和發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行探索和規(guī)劃；為雙欣資源集團(tuán)實(shí)施新型煤化工發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了內(nèi)部和外部保障措施,這對(duì)雙欣資源集團(tuán)提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,保障新型煤化工發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施有積極的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Coal is the basic energy of our country, which is of great significance to the rapid economic development of our country. However, for a long time, the problems of high pollution, high consumption and resource restriction in the process of coal mining and use have caused environmental pollution and ecological destruction, environmental deterioration and resource depletion, which seriously restrict the development of China's coal industry. Under the background of enterprise restructuring, merger and reorganization, resource integration and industrial adjustment, how to develop their own advantages, tap their potential and realize sustainable development has become a severe test for coal enterprises. Developing new coal chemical industry is the only way for coal enterprises to realize sustainable development. This article takes Inner Mongolia Shuangxin Resource Group as the research object, takes the sustainable development and the circular economy as the theoretical foundation, embarks from the strategic height 'through the use of the SWOT analysis tool to the enterprise in the coal chemical industry development strategy facing the internal environment, The external environment is comprehensively analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of Shuangxin Resource Group are analyzed, and the necessity and feasibility of implementing new coal chemical industry are evaluated. Through the strategic planning and design for the development of new coal chemical industry, the overall objectives, stage objectives and implementation steps for the development of new coal chemical industry are worked out, and the characteristics of the new coal chemical industry chain and coal deep processing industry are combined, This paper explores and plans the way and development mode of implementing new coal chemical industry, puts forward internal and external safeguard measures for Shuangxin Resources Group to implement new coal chemical industry development strategy, which promotes the core competitiveness of Shuangxin Resources Group. It has positive guiding significance to ensure the implementation of new coal chemical industry development strategy.
