四方繼保公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:電力行業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)行業(yè)之一,尤其是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的進(jìn)一步深化,信息化、智能化的高速發(fā)展為我國(guó)的電力行業(yè)特別是電力設(shè)備行業(yè)提供了更加廣闊的發(fā)展空間。而目前國(guó)內(nèi)電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)自身還存在著一系列的問(wèn)題,與國(guó)外領(lǐng)先的跨國(guó)電氣設(shè)備廠家相比在國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),但核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不夠明顯,在技術(shù)引領(lǐng)、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓等很多方面還有待進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。本文按以下思路來(lái)行文:首先指出四方繼保發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究背景、目的及意義,提出分析研究戰(zhàn)略基本框架;接著為理論綜述及概念解釋,對(duì)現(xiàn)有戰(zhàn)略管理及電力設(shè)備行業(yè)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行整理歸納并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定;第三,分析四方繼保公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境,對(duì)宏觀、中觀和微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入分析;第四,為四方繼保公司進(jìn)行SWOT分析,第五,四方繼保公司價(jià)值鏈分析和利潤(rùn)預(yù)測(cè),第六,企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定,選擇四方繼保股份公司上市后十年的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并指出戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施要點(diǎn)。最后提出本文的主要結(jié)論和啟示。本文通過(guò)深入分析四方繼保公司面臨的宏觀環(huán)境、中觀環(huán)境以及四方繼保公司與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀對(duì)比,確定四方繼保公司未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),并對(duì)其提出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施對(duì)策,作者希望該論文的研究對(duì)四方繼保公司的發(fā)展有一定的啟示與借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is one of the basic industries in the development of national economy, especially the further deepening of China's economic reform, the rapid development of information technology and intelligence provides a broader development space for China's electric power industry, especially the electric power equipment industry. At present, there are still a series of problems in the domestic power equipment manufacturing enterprises. Compared with the leading multinational electric equipment manufacturers abroad, they have some advantages in the domestic market, but the core competitiveness is not obvious enough, leading in the technology. Market development and many other aspects still need to be further improved. This paper is based on the following ideas: firstly, it points out the background, purpose and significance of the development strategy of Sifang Jiapeng, puts forward the basic framework of the analysis and research strategy, and then explains the theory and concept. The existing strategic management and power equipment industry related theories are summarized and related concepts are defined; third, analysis of the business environment of Sifang Jiapeng Insurance Company, macro, meso and micro environment in-depth analysis; fourth, SWOT analysis is carried out for Sifang Jiapeng Company. Fifth, the value chain analysis and profit forecast of Sifang Jipeng Insurance Company. Sixth, the formulation of the enterprise development strategy, the selection of the development strategy of Sifang Jiapeng Insurance Co., Ltd. Ten years after listing, and the key points of the strategy implementation are pointed out. Finally, the main conclusions and enlightenment of this paper are put forward. Based on the in-depth analysis of the macro environment, the meso environment and the comparison of the management situation between Sifang Jipeng Insurance Company and its competitors, this paper determines the key points of the future development strategy of Sifang Jipeng Co., Ltd. The author hopes that the research of this paper will have some enlightenment and reference to the development of Sifang Jiapeng Insurance Company.
