輸電工程供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險評價研究
[Abstract]:With the process and development of economic globalization, supply chain management (SCM) has been paid more and more attention by enterprises and applied more and more widely. Transmission engineering is an important part of power grid construction in China. The cost of transmission project is mainly composed of self-engineering cost and other cost. Because of the particularity of transmission project, the cost of equipment material accounts for more than half of the cost of bulk project. In some UHV transmission projects, the proportion of equipment material cost is even as high as 70%. The huge cost of construction materials and the characteristics of transmission project with long route, dangerous construction environment and tight time limit lead to the particularity of supply chain and the uncertainty of potential risk factors. This paper studies the basic theory of engineering supply chain risk management, reviews the present situation of engineering supply chain and supply chain risk research, and systematically studies the source of transmission engineering supply chain risk. Through brainstorming method and Delphi investigation method, the risk factors of supply chain of transmission engineering are identified, and the index system of supply chain risk of transmission engineering is established, and the weight of supply chain risk index is calculated by AHP. The supply chain risk assessment model of transmission engineering is constructed. This paper puts forward that the risk factors of supply chain of transmission engineering consist of two dimensions: endogenous risk and exogenous risk. The endogenous risk consists of information risk, production risk and logistics risk, while exogenous risk includes natural environment, social culture. Policy system, accident and political economy five aspects. Finally, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and empirical study on the supply chain risk of the second transmission project of 750 kV in Xinjiang and Northwest main Network, and puts forward corresponding risk management measures and countermeasures according to the results of risk evaluation. It is of theoretical and practical significance to control the supply chain risk of transmission project in power transmission engineering construction enterprises and to complete the project successfully.
