配電網(wǎng)工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, people's demand for electricity is also increasing day by day. In order to improve the efficiency of employment and economic efficiency, electric power enterprises gradually establish the best production, technology and management rules, organize, coordinate and control the plan. And personnel, funds and facilities for management, that is, standardized management. The standardization management of engineering construction is the only way to popularize the standardization management of electric power industry, improve the engineering quality and strengthen the engineering management ability. The standardization management of distribution network construction is the key measure to meet the increasing load demand. The establishment of a reasonable and scientific standardized management system for distribution network construction is of great significance to improve the construction efficiency, perfect the management model and promote the technological progress of enterprises. In this paper, the concept of standardized management in general sense is analyzed and discussed, and then, according to the characteristics of electric power industry, the application of standardized management in electric power enterprises and its development in recent years are summarized. Due to the mismatch between distribution network development and transmission network development at present, distribution network infrastructure engineering has many influencing factors and high concealment quality, which further explains the necessity of standardization management of distribution network infrastructure engineering. According to the principles of pre-control, in-control and post-control of project management, this paper puts forward the standardization requirements for the management of construction preparation, construction process and completion acceptance stage of distribution network capital construction project, respectively. Thus formed a set of standardized management system. In this paper, the standardization management of distribution network capital construction project takes the standardized operation of 10kV transformer bench construction installation of agricultural power network as an example, through the whole process of standard management of 10kV transformer bench construction installation process, The validity and maneuverability of standardized construction technology of distribution network infrastructure project are verified, and it is of reference significance for other transformer platform installation with the same voltage grade.
