【摘要】：長期以來，石油產業(yè)被西方學者廣泛的應用于分析縱向一體化的動因和效果。學者青睞石油產業(yè)的重要原因，主要是其產業(yè)鏈各階段容易區(qū)分，有助于開展理論研究。同時，，石油也是能源的重要組成部分，石油產業(yè)是國民經濟的基礎產業(yè)，對其縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略研究具有極強的現(xiàn)實意義。 從1998年石油產業(yè)重組以來，以中國石油、中國石化為代表兩大國家石油公司就一直在進行垂直集成的努力，中石化布局上游開采，中石油挺進煉油銷售。目前，兩大石油企業(yè)均具備了，從原油開采、原油加工到產品銷售的完整產業(yè)鏈。本文研究的重點，在于對分析其縱向一體化程度，存在問題，研究石油企業(yè)縱向一體化發(fā)展與企業(yè)績效之間的關系，結合國外大的石油公司發(fā)展歷程，探索中國石油產業(yè)未來發(fā)展趨勢和提出相應對策。 全文的核心是縱向一體化程度的測算。首次將傳統(tǒng)方法和特定方法相結合，將AM主輔分離法、VAS增加值法和P-R-M原油生產環(huán)節(jié)法，同時應用于“石化雙雄”，以完整反映出中國石油產業(yè)縱向一體化程度。本文將石油產業(yè)縱向一體化進一步細分為產煉一體化和煉銷一體化，通過實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，低程度的產煉一體化是我國石油產業(yè)的短板所在。
[Abstract]:For a long time, petroleum industry has been widely used by western scholars to analyze the causes and effects of vertical integration. The important reason why scholars favor petroleum industry is that it is easy to distinguish each stage of its industrial chain, which is helpful to carry out theoretical research. At the same time, petroleum is also an important part of energy, and petroleum industry is the basic industry of national economy, so it is of great practical significance to study its vertical integration strategy. Since the restructuring of the petroleum industry in 1998, PetroChina and Sinopec have been making vertical integration efforts on behalf of the two major national oil companies. At present, the two major oil enterprises have a complete industrial chain, from crude oil extraction, crude oil processing to product sales. The focus of this paper is to analyze the degree of vertical integration, the existing problems, to study the relationship between the development of vertical integration of oil enterprises and enterprise performance, combined with the development of large foreign oil companies. To explore the future development trend of China's petroleum industry and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The core of this paper is the measurement of the degree of vertical integration. It is the first time that the traditional method and the specific method are combined, the AM main and auxiliary separation method and the P-R-M crude oil production link method are applied to "Petrochemical Shuangxiong" at the same time, so as to reflect the degree of vertical integration of China's petroleum industry. In this paper, the vertical integration of petroleum industry is further subdivided into production and refining integration and chain marketing integration. Through empirical research, it is found that the low degree of production and refining integration is the short plate of China's petroleum industry.
