【摘要】：運(yùn)用DEA方法測(cè)度了1998—2007年中國制造業(yè)28個(gè)行業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步、技術(shù)效率和技術(shù)變化,在此基礎(chǔ)上驗(yàn)證了技術(shù)進(jìn)步、技術(shù)效率、技術(shù)進(jìn)步和就業(yè)變動(dòng)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,中國制造業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步與就業(yè)正相關(guān)。從行業(yè)內(nèi)部看,中低技術(shù)行業(yè)中技術(shù)進(jìn)步促進(jìn)了就業(yè)需求,而高中技術(shù)行業(yè),行業(yè)壟斷程度高,技術(shù)變化增長明顯,但是技術(shù)效率低下,不利于改善這些行業(yè)就業(yè)吸納能力。
[Abstract]:This paper uses DEA method to measure the technological progress, technical efficiency and technological change in 28 industries of Chinese manufacturing industry from 1998 to 2007. On this basis, it verifies the relationship between technological progress, technological efficiency, technological progress and employment change. The results show that the technological progress of Chinese manufacturing industry is positively related to employment. From the perspective of the industry, technological progress promotes the employment demand in the middle and low technology industries, while the high school technology industry has a high degree of monopoly and obvious technological changes, but the technical efficiency is low, which is not conducive to improving the employment absorption ability of these industries.
