CDFJ工業(yè)公司員工激勵(lì)研究

【摘要】:一個(gè)完善、科學(xué)的激勵(lì)方案對于企業(yè)的發(fā)展是極為重要的,特別是在調(diào)動(dòng)員工積極性方面。然而,在激勵(lì)方案的運(yùn)用方面,CDFJ工業(yè)公司存在著一些問題。例如激勵(lì)形式單一,評定程序不科學(xué)等。這些問題影響到該企業(yè)的發(fā)展,也影響到隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)。對此,筆者希望通過對CDFJ工業(yè)公司激勵(lì)方案的研究,以了解激勵(lì)方案的運(yùn)用情況會(huì)對企業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生什么樣的影響。同時(shí),通過對本文的學(xué)習(xí),也加深筆者對這一領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的理解。 本文以CDFJ工業(yè)公司作為研究課題,認(rèn)真總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于激勵(lì)方案的相關(guān)研究以及所涉及的理論,如科學(xué)管理、人際關(guān)系、雙因素理論等。通過對案例公司的實(shí)地調(diào)查,了解員工對于公司激勵(lì)的看法,發(fā)現(xiàn)公司的激勵(lì)方案問題。同時(shí),為了讓論文觀點(diǎn)有理有據(jù),筆者通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,對員工的激勵(lì)滿意度進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,總結(jié)了相關(guān)問題,并提出完善的建議,如對激勵(lì)方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)等。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。在這一部分里介紹了本文的研究背景,研究思路與方法,研究內(nèi)容及論文構(gòu)架等;在第二部分綜述了激勵(lì)的概念,激勵(lì)方案的基本理論以及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于激勵(lì)方案的研究狀況;在第三部分對CDFJ工業(yè)公司員工激勵(lì)方案現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題分析:在第四部分對CDFJ工業(yè)公司員工激勵(lì)方案提出了改進(jìn)建議;最后一部分介紹了相關(guān)配套措施。在結(jié)論部分對本文的研究重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行陳述,并提出展望與不足。
[Abstract]:A perfect and scientific incentive scheme is very important for the development of enterprises, especially in motivating employees. However, there are some problems in the use of incentive schemes. For example, the form of incentive is single, the evaluation procedure is not scientific, and so on. These problems affect the development of the enterprise, but also affect the construction of the team. In view of this, the author hopes that through the research on the incentive scheme of CDFJ Industrial Company, we can find out what kind of influence the application of incentive scheme will have on the development of the enterprise. At the same time, through the study of this paper, I also deepen the understanding of this field of knowledge. In this paper, CDFJ Industrial Corporation is taken as the research subject, and the relevant research and theories about incentive schemes at home and abroad are summarized, such as scientific management, interpersonal relationship, two-factor theory and so on. Through the field investigation of the case company, we find out the problem of the incentive plan of the company. At the same time, in order to make the thesis point of view reasonable, the author investigated the employee's incentive satisfaction degree by questionnaire, summarized the related problems, and put forward some perfect suggestions, such as the design of incentive scheme and so on. This paper is divided into five parts. In this part, it introduces the research background, the research ideas and methods, the research contents and the structure of the paper, etc. In the second part, it summarizes the concept of incentive, the basic theory of incentive scheme and the research status of incentive scheme at home and abroad. In the third part, the author analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the employee incentive scheme of CDFJ Industrial Company. In the fourth part, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the employee incentive scheme of CDFJ Industrial Company, and introduces the relevant supporting measures in the last part. In the conclusion part, the emphasis of this paper is stated, and the prospect and deficiency are put forward.
