【摘要】：煙草行業(yè)是我國重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的行業(yè)之一,在已經(jīng)具備一定規(guī)模的今天,與時(shí)代相結(jié)合的信息化越來越被重視。煙草行業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)一直以來都被列為發(fā)展的重點(diǎn),信息化建設(shè)既能夠增加效率減少消耗,又能夠增進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)流通速度,增加與市場(chǎng)的交流頻率,從而提升行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)高度發(fā)達(dá)的今天,我國的煙草行業(yè)和其他行業(yè)一樣,需要對(duì)信息化的建設(shè)加以著重探索、運(yùn)用,從而帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)步。同時(shí),對(duì)信息化過程中的一些問題和阻礙加以分析和解決,從而以最新的姿態(tài)迎接行業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)。 近年來,公司在不斷發(fā)展的同時(shí),也大力推進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè),取得了豐碩的成果,先后建立了以MES為核心的集成制造體系,以O(shè)A為核心的協(xié)同辦公體系,以ERP為核心的協(xié)同商務(wù)體系。鑒于這些管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)、應(yīng)用是基于公司層面上的,部門業(yè)務(wù)只是其鏈條中的一部分,部門對(duì)信息化的需求無法滿足,特別是原料采購方面。隨著煙草行業(yè)“卷煙上水平”工作的扎實(shí)推進(jìn),各工業(yè)企業(yè)加大了對(duì)高端卷煙品牌的培育和發(fā)展,致使優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉原料供需矛盾進(jìn)一步加劇,在這種形勢(shì)下,利用信息技術(shù)提高原料采購部門對(duì)原料工作的快速反應(yīng)是非常必要的。 鑒于此,本文在認(rèn)真梳理原料采購管理模式的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了以增強(qiáng)規(guī)范管理、提高工作效率為目的原料采購對(duì)信息化建設(shè)的需求,并利用公司現(xiàn)有的信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)：OA協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)、ERP系統(tǒng),提出基于原料采購管理信息系統(tǒng)功能擴(kuò)展的目標(biāo)。并以J2EE分布式組件技術(shù)為架構(gòu),對(duì)原料采購管理審批系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)；以ETL(Extract、Transform、Load)技術(shù)為手段,對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)原料模塊數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了提取,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)原料數(shù)據(jù)中心的構(gòu)建,數(shù)據(jù)顯示可視化,更直觀；以SSL VPN技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),通過硬件支持,實(shí)現(xiàn)分布式、多人、多地、多層次協(xié)同工作功能,適應(yīng)新的發(fā)展需求。 至此,原料采購管理系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)采購過程進(jìn)行全面監(jiān)管：采購數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)錄入,避免了重復(fù)操作,減少工作人員不必要的負(fù)擔(dān)；數(shù)據(jù)分析、輸出智能化也為一線的工作人員提供了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息共享,提高效率的目的。
[Abstract]:Tobacco industry is one of the key industries in China. The information construction of tobacco industry has always been listed as the focus of development. Information construction can not only increase efficiency and reduce consumption, but also increase the speed of industrial circulation, increase the frequency of communication with the market, thereby enhance the competitiveness of the industry. In today's highly developed market economy, the tobacco industry in China, like other industries, needs to focus on the construction of information exploration and application, so as to promote industrial progress. At the same time, some problems and obstacles in the process of informatization are analyzed and solved, so as to meet the industry challenges with the latest posture. In recent years, with the continuous development of the company, it has also made great efforts to promote the construction of information technology, and has achieved fruitful results. It has successively established an integrated manufacturing system with MES as the core, and a cooperative office system with OA as the core. Collaborative commerce system with ERP as the core. In view of the development of these management information systems, the application is based on the company level, the department business is only a part of its chain, and the department can not meet the needs of information technology, especially in the aspect of raw material purchase. With the promotion of the "up to the level" work in the tobacco industry, various industrial enterprises have stepped up the cultivation and development of high-end cigarette brands, resulting in a further intensification of the contradiction between supply and demand of high-quality tobacco raw materials. It is necessary to use information technology to improve the rapid response of raw material purchasing department to raw material work. In view of this, this paper, on the basis of combing the management mode of raw material procurement, analyzes the demand for information construction in raw material procurement for the purpose of strengthening standardized management and improving work efficiency. The purpose of extending the function of the information system based on the raw material purchasing management system is put forward by using the existing information system platform of the company: OA collaborative office system and ERP system. Based on the J2EE distributed component technology, the raw material purchasing management and approval system is designed and implemented, and the raw material module data of ERP system is extracted by ETL (extract transform load) technology, and the construction of raw material data center is realized. Based on SSL VPN technology and hardware support, distributed, multi-person, multi-land, multi-level cooperative work functions are realized to meet the needs of new development. At this point, the raw material procurement management system can comprehensively supervise the procurement process: remote and real-time input of procurement data, avoiding duplication of operations and reducing unnecessary burden on staff; data analysis, The intelligent output also provides real-time data for the front-line staff, realizing the purpose of information sharing and improving efficiency.
