【摘要】：正二戰(zhàn)后,世界上許多國(guó)家啟動(dòng)了工業(yè)化進(jìn)程,一些后起追趕型國(guó)家出現(xiàn)較長(zhǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng)期。然而,只有韓國(guó)等少數(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)體實(shí)現(xiàn)了從低收入向高收入國(guó)家的邁進(jìn);巴西等部分拉美國(guó)家仍停留在中等收入水平甚至倒退回低收入國(guó)家行列。對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),工業(yè)地位變化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展走勢(shì)產(chǎn)生重要作用,而工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷及政策差異是導(dǎo)致發(fā)展分化的內(nèi)在原因。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展階段與韓國(guó)、巴西經(jīng)濟(jì)分化發(fā)展時(shí)期非常接近,應(yīng)及時(shí)汲取其經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:After World War II, many countries in the world started the process of industrialization, some late catch-up countries appeared a long period of rapid economic growth. However, only a few economies, such as South Korea, have made progress from low-income to high-income countries; some Latin American countries, such as Brazil, remain at middle-income levels or even fall back to low-income countries. It is found that the change of industrial status plays an important role in the trend of economic development, and the changes of industrial structure and policy differences are the internal reasons leading to the differentiation of development. At present, the industrial development stage of our country is very close to the period of economic differentiation and development of Korea and Brazil, so we should learn its experience and lessons in time.
