【摘要】：制造產(chǎn)業(yè)在工業(yè)化發(fā)展初期一直占據(jù)主體地位，但隨著工業(yè)發(fā)展的進一步深化，工業(yè)與信息化的高度融合成為制造企業(yè)取得更好發(fā)展的重要舉措，也在一定程度上成為衡量我國制造產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展速度的重要指標。但縱觀我國制造企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀可知，當前國內(nèi)制造企業(yè)信息化水平普遍不高，特別是中小制造企業(yè)的信息化一直是國內(nèi)制造行業(yè)信息化的難題。受制造企業(yè)數(shù)量、行業(yè)分類、信息化需求以及實施水平和層次不同的影響，國內(nèi)制造企業(yè)在推進企業(yè)信息化戰(zhàn)略時多存在信息化戰(zhàn)略缺少統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務流程有待完善、制造企業(yè)信息化應用領(lǐng)域亟待拓展、制造企業(yè)推行信息化策略存在人財物瓶頸制約等問題。 本研究深入剖析制造企業(yè)在推行信息化建設(shè)過程中應該注意的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點，引導制造企業(yè)特別是中小型制造企業(yè)在推進信息化建設(shè)時要依據(jù)其實際情況分階段、選重點的推進其信息化建設(shè)，避免信息化建設(shè)過程中走重復建設(shè)、推倒重來的路子。研究認為，整體看來制造企業(yè)推行信息化建設(shè)有助于其企業(yè)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，但受不同行業(yè)、個體企業(yè)的影響，并不是所有制造企業(yè)都可以利用信息化建設(shè)實現(xiàn)企業(yè)運營成本的降低；衡量制造企業(yè)信息化水平的高低并不是依據(jù)其信息化軟硬件投入量的多少，而更多的是關(guān)注其核心的信息化成果應用；從制造業(yè)企業(yè)角度來看，其信息化戰(zhàn)略的實施過程中信息化資源的使用效率對其企業(yè)運營影響最大，它可以實現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息資源的共享，從而提升整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry has always occupied the main position in the early stage of industrialization development, but with the further development of industry, the high integration of industry and information has become an important measure for manufacturing enterprises to achieve better development. To some extent, it has become an important indicator to measure the speed of the modernization of manufacturing industry in China. However, the present situation of information development of manufacturing enterprises in China shows that the level of informatization of domestic manufacturing enterprises is generally not high, especially the informatization of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises has always been a difficult problem in the domestic manufacturing industry informatization. Influenced by the number of manufacturing enterprises, industry classification, information demand, and different levels and levels of implementation, domestic manufacturing enterprises often have a lack of unified planning in promoting enterprise information strategy. The organizational structure and business process of the enterprise need to be improved, the application field of information technology of manufacturing enterprise needs to be expanded urgently, and there are some problems such as the bottleneck of human and property in the implementation of informatization strategy of manufacturing enterprise. This study deeply analyzes the key nodes that manufacturing enterprises should pay attention to in the process of implementing information construction, and guides manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, to divide the information construction into stages according to their actual conditions. Choose the key to promote its information construction, avoid repeated construction in the process of information construction, push back the road. As a whole, the research believes that the implementation of informatization construction by manufacturing enterprises is conducive to the development of their enterprises' economy, but is influenced by different industries and individual enterprises. Not all manufacturing enterprises can use information construction to realize the reduction of operation cost, and the level of informatization of manufacturing enterprises is not based on the amount of hardware and software input. More attention is paid to the application of its core informatization achievements. From the perspective of the manufacturing enterprises, the efficiency of the use of information resources has the greatest impact on the operation of its enterprises during the implementation of its information strategy. It can realize the sharing of enterprise information resources and enhance the market competitiveness of the whole industry chain.
