基于價值工程的小東梁風(fēng)電場發(fā)電機(jī)組選型評價研究
[Abstract]:With the strong support of wind power industry, domestic wind power investment is increasing rapidly, and a large number of wind power manufacturers emerge. Because the single machine capacity of fan produced by different manufacturer is different, the technical parameters are different, its capacity, cost and operation characteristic are also different, which brings great difficulty to the selection of fan. As an important link in wind farm construction, generator equipment selection accounts for about 70% of the total investment of wind farm. The selection of wind turbine not only relates to the construction cost of wind farm, but also affects the power generation and operation cost after putting into production, as well as the final electricity price. Therefore, in the design and construction of wind farm, the selection of wind turbine is of great significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research are introduced, as well as the current research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, the related theory of value engineering is introduced, and the determination method of function coefficient F, cost coefficient C and value coefficient V is studied. Then, combined with the function characteristics of wind turbine, a relatively complete function index system suitable for the evaluation of fan selection scheme is established, and the weight value of the function index is determined by AHP, and the function coefficient is obtained by expert scoring. At the same time, the cost coefficient of each type is calculated by the specific power cost of the fan, and the value coefficient is obtained. Finally, the above method is applied to the evaluation of three alternative models of Xiaodongliang wind farm, and the optimal scheme is calculated, and the optimal scheme is consistent with the final choice of the enterprise. By using the evaluation model of wind farm generator selection based on value engineering, this paper provides a scientific basis for the selection of generator sets, which has universal reference value and is conducive to the development of the theory of generator selection. Reasonable selection of generator sets will have a positive impact on the design and construction of wind farms, and will also provide a strong guarantee for economic development.
