【摘要】：煤炭是我國重要的基礎(chǔ)能源和原料,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。目前,西方發(fā)達(dá)國家的煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)已進(jìn)入了多元化、多角化和全球化的發(fā)展階段,而我國煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)依然產(chǎn)品單一、競爭力弱和國際化程度低。宜章縣煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)在這樣的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)下,要想在如此復(fù)雜多變、機(jī)會與挑戰(zhàn)并存的環(huán)境中求得生存和發(fā)展,就必須制定有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 煤炭作為宜章縣的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其經(jīng)濟(jì)的好壞直接影響宜章的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。雖然20世紀(jì)90年代由于沒有合理利用,面臨一段時間的資源枯竭,但是近年來,煤炭市場逐步恢復(fù),但隨之而來的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、資源浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象、安全事故多發(fā)、環(huán)境治理滯后等現(xiàn)象愈來愈嚴(yán)重,宜章縣煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)再次面臨嚴(yán)峻的考驗。 本論文運(yùn)用資料收集、訪談和調(diào)研等方法收集大量的資料,把宜章縣煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的總體狀況與戰(zhàn)略管理理論相結(jié)合,對宜章縣煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,借鑒國內(nèi)外的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),得出宜章縣煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并通過得出的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為政府制定煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)政策提供參考性意見,為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略提供建議,包括實(shí)施產(chǎn)業(yè)重組,提高煤炭的質(zhì)量,加大地質(zhì)勘探工作,提高內(nèi)部建設(shè),走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important basic energy and raw material in China, and has an important strategic position in the national economy. At present, the coal industry of the western developed countries has entered the development stage of diversification, diversification and globalization, while the coal industry of our country still has a single product, weak competitiveness and low degree of internationalization. In order to survive and develop the coal industry in Yizhang County under such opportunities and challenges, it is necessary to formulate an effective development strategy in order to survive and develop in such a complex and changeable environment with both opportunities and challenges. Coal as the pillar industry of Yizhang County, its economic quality directly affects the economic development of Yizhang. Although in the 1990s, because of the lack of rational utilization, faced with a period of resource depletion, but in recent years, the coal market has gradually recovered, but followed by irrational industrial structure, waste of resources, frequent safety accidents. The environmental treatment lags behind the phenomenon more and more serious, Yizhang coal industry faces the severe test again. This paper uses the methods of data collection, interview and investigation to collect a large amount of data, combining the general situation of the coal industry of Yizhang County with the theory of strategic management, and analyzes the internal conditions and external environment of the coal industry in Yizhang County. Drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experiences, the paper draws the development strategy of coal industry in Yizhang County, and through the development strategy, provides reference advice for the government to formulate coal industry policy, and provides suggestions for coal industry to formulate development strategy and implement strategy. It includes the implementation of industrial reorganization, the improvement of coal quality, the intensification of geological exploration, the improvement of internal construction, and the adoption of the road of sustainable development.
