【摘要】：自1947年第一顆晶體管在貝爾實(shí)驗(yàn)室誕生以來(lái)，半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在已有六十多年。作為戰(zhàn)略性的核心產(chǎn)業(yè)，各國(guó)都爭(zhēng)相發(fā)展本國(guó)的半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)，從而帶動(dòng)了整個(gè)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，改變了世界的面貌。 本文通過(guò)分析全球半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，再結(jié)合我國(guó)半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)我國(guó)半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了全面的戰(zhàn)略研究，并從戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行層面提出了建議。 在全球半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)分析中，利用了行業(yè)分析的常用方法，從行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)速度、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)角逐的范圍、行業(yè)在成長(zhǎng)周期中目前所處的階段、主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)廠家的數(shù)量和規(guī)模等方面進(jìn)行了分析，并借用戰(zhàn)略分析工具波特五力模型對(duì)整個(gè)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析，較全面的剖析了全球半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。 接著介紹我國(guó)半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程，并從設(shè)計(jì)、制造、封裝測(cè)試等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈角度，以及全國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)的分布情況進(jìn)行分析，，利用SWOT模型對(duì)我國(guó)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行梳理，詳細(xì)闡述了我國(guó)的半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)的能力和潛力。 最后從戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的高度，利用鉆石模型從各個(gè)相互關(guān)聯(lián)因素分析了我國(guó)半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)整個(gè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的狀況，提出了不足之處以及改進(jìn)辦法。針對(duì)當(dāng)前以應(yīng)用和市場(chǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，提出了應(yīng)用驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略模型。接著提出了金字塔式戰(zhàn)略模型，分別從成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略、集中一點(diǎn)戰(zhàn)略、整合戰(zhàn)略和市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，全方位的提出本文的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想，并給出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施建議。 通過(guò)全文的分析，可以看到盡管我國(guó)發(fā)展半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)仍然困難重重，但是只要合理利用自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，利用全球半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)新的發(fā)展契機(jī)，我國(guó)在半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展上仍然大有可為。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of the first transistor in Bell Labs in 1947, the semiconductor industry has been developed for more than 60 years. As a strategic core industry, all countries are scrambling to develop their own semiconductor industry, thus driving the development of the whole electronic information industry and changing the face of the world. Based on the analysis of the development and trend of the global semiconductor industry and the actual situation of the semiconductor industry in China, this paper makes a comprehensive strategic study of the semiconductor industry in China, and puts forward some suggestions from the strategic execution level. In the analysis of the global semiconductor industry, the common methods of industry analysis are used, from the market scale of the industry, the speed of market growth, the scope of competition, and the current stage of the industry's growth cycle. This paper analyzes the quantity and scale of the main competitive manufacturers, and analyzes the competition structure of the whole industry by using the strategic analysis tool Porter's five-force model, and comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the global semiconductor industry. Then it introduces the development course of China's semiconductor industry, and analyzes the industrial chain of design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, as well as the distribution of the national industry, and combs the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of our country by using SWOT model. The capacity and potential of China's semiconductor industry are described in detail. Finally, from the perspective of strategy implementation, the paper analyzes the situation of the whole ecosystem of semiconductor industry in China by using diamond model from various interrelated factors, and puts forward some shortcomings and improvement methods. Aiming at the current situation of semiconductor industry driven by application and market, the application driven strategy model is put forward. Then put forward the pyramid strategic model, respectively from the cost leading strategy, concentration strategy, integration strategy and market application innovation strategy, put forward the strategic concept of this paper, and give the strategic implementation suggestions. Through the analysis of the full text, we can see that although there are still many difficulties in developing semiconductor industry in our country, as long as we make rational use of our own advantages, exploit our strengths and circumvent our weaknesses, and take advantage of the new opportunities for the development of the global semiconductor industry, There is still much to be desired in the development of the semiconductor industry in China.
