石家莊市井陘礦區(qū)發(fā)展環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Based on the research of development environment assessment at home and abroad and combined with the author's field study of Jingxing mining area in Shijiazhuang, a multi-level development environment evaluation system is put forward in this paper. This paper analyzes the development environment of Jingxing mining area based on factor analysis from four aspects: natural environment, social progress index and economic development index. Firstly, according to the principle of developing environmental evaluation index, the index system is determined and the model is constructed. According to the yearbook of Shijiazhuang in 2012, factor analysis was carried out on the indicators of 23 counties (cities) in Shijiazhuang. Then, through the result of factor analysis, the development environment of Jingxing mining area and other 22 counties in Shijiazhuang city is compared and analyzed, and the actual situation of the development environment in Jingxing mining area is obtained. Finally, according to the above analysis results, the optimization strategy for Jingxing mining area development environment is put forward. The results show that Jingxing mining area has obvious advantages in industrial development by virtue of its original coal resources, but with the gradual reduction of non-renewable resources, serious soil and water loss and high air pollution index, Also caused its ecological environment condition to decline. At the same time, the serious imbalance of industrial structure, also caused Jingxing mining area development environment evaluation ranking one of the main reasons. Through analysis, the paper puts forward some strategies to improve the development environment of Jingxing mining area: adjusting industrial structure, extending industrial chain, adjusting related policies, establishing talent highlands, widening financing channels, strengthening capital guidance, improving human settlements environment. To improve the quality of life, improve the ecological environment, promote the prevention and control of air pollution, strengthen dust control, reduce the concentration of inhalable particles, increase the disposal and utilization of solid waste, and promote orderly the control of soil and water loss; and increase investment in infrastructure construction, Optimize the development environment. The evaluation system proposed in this paper can be used for reference in Jingxing mining area and county development environment evaluation.
