智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收車輛路徑規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:智能電能表更換是智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性工作,隨著我國(guó)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)步伐的加快,用戶對(duì)智能電能表的安裝需求不斷的增加,大規(guī)模安裝應(yīng)用智能電能表造成物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和物流量的增長(zhǎng)。智能電表作為用戶使用電量的計(jì)量設(shè)備,其質(zhì)量必須得到保障才能發(fā)揮應(yīng)有作用,彰顯公平和公正。智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱是具有特殊規(guī)格的儲(chǔ)運(yùn)包裝物,在智能電表的檢定、配送、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等物流過(guò)程中起著保護(hù)智能電表和方便配送的重要作用。 智能電能表的配送和檢定工作的開(kāi)展要求必須具有足夠的周轉(zhuǎn)箱,而周轉(zhuǎn)箱具有回收價(jià)值大、重復(fù)利用率高、再使用成本低的特點(diǎn)。但由于智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱需求產(chǎn)生的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、數(shù)量具有隨機(jī)性,以及沒(méi)有受到重視等原因?qū)е轮苻D(zhuǎn)箱回收問(wèn)題沒(méi)有得到很好的解決。本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)智能電能表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收車輛路徑進(jìn)行合理的規(guī)劃,減少回收車輛行駛路程以實(shí)現(xiàn)回收成本最優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)。 首先,引入逆向物流、車輛路徑問(wèn)題等周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收問(wèn)題涉及的基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí),為開(kāi)展研究做準(zhǔn)備。介紹智能電能表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收的現(xiàn)狀,指出智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收中存在的效率低下、成本過(guò)高等問(wèn)題。提出合理規(guī)劃智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收車輛路徑的思路,通過(guò)分析回收車輛路徑與回收模式、回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的不可分割的關(guān)系,將后兩者作為回收車輛路徑問(wèn)題的研究前提。分析電網(wǎng)公司的實(shí)際和智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收需求產(chǎn)生數(shù)量、產(chǎn)生的時(shí)間等特點(diǎn),選擇了由電網(wǎng)公司自主開(kāi)展智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收、將智能電表配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)和周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合的方案。設(shè)計(jì)智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收車輛路徑方案,選擇回程取貨下同時(shí)解決智能電表配送和周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收需求的車輛路徑規(guī)劃方案即(VRPSPD)。 最后,為合理回收智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱提供決策支持,建立了智能電表周轉(zhuǎn)箱回收的VRPSPD模型,并針對(duì)該問(wèn)題設(shè)計(jì)遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,取得了有建設(shè)性意義的方案。
[Abstract]:The replacement of smart watt-hour meter is the basic work of smart grid construction. With the acceleration of smart grid construction in China, the installation demand of smart watt-hour meter is increasing. Large-scale installation and application of intelligent watt-hour meters lead to the expansion of the scale of logistics network and the growth of the flow of goods. As the measuring equipment of electricity consumption, the quality of intelligent ammeter must be guaranteed in order to play its due role and show fairness and justice. Intelligent ammeter turnover box is a special storage and transportation packaging, which plays an important role in the verification, distribution, warehousing and other logistics process of intelligent ammeter protection and convenient distribution. The distribution and verification of intelligent watt-hour meter must have enough turnover box, which has the characteristics of high recovery value, high reuse efficiency and low reuse cost. However, due to the time, place and quantity of the demand for the intelligent ammeter turnover box is random, and no attention has been paid to it, the recovery problem of the turnover box has not been solved very well. In this paper, the rational planning of the recovery vehicle path of the intelligent watt-hour meter turnover box is carried out to reduce the driving distance of the recovered vehicle in order to achieve the goal of optimizing the recovery cost. Firstly, it introduces the basic theory of reverse logistics, vehicle routing and so on to prepare for the research. This paper introduces the current situation of the recovery of intelligent watt-hour meter turnover box, and points out the problems of low efficiency and high cost in the recovery of intelligent electric meter turnover box. This paper puts forward the idea of rationally planning the recovery vehicle path of intelligent ammeter turnover box. By analyzing the relationship between the recovery vehicle path and the recovery mode, the relationship between the recovery network and the latter two is considered as the premise of the research on the recovery vehicle routing problem. Based on the analysis of the actual situation of the power grid company and the characteristics of the quantity and time of the demand for the recovery of the intelligent ammeter turnover box, the author chooses the power grid company to carry out the recovery of the intelligent meter turnover box independently. The scheme of integrating intelligent meter distribution network and turnover box recovery network. The vehicle routing scheme of intelligent ammeter turnover box is designed, and the vehicle path planning scheme (VRPSPD) is chosen to solve the demand of intelligent ammeter distribution and turnover box recovery. Finally, the VRPSPD model of intelligent ammeter turnover box recovery is established, and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem, and a constructive scheme is obtained.
