SG公司供應(yīng)商選擇及供應(yīng)商項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)自入世以來,汽車制造業(yè)在中國(guó)得到了顯著地發(fā)展,伴隨著汽車整車制造汽車零部件業(yè)也得到了持續(xù)快速地增長(zhǎng)。從一開始大部分汽車零部件依靠進(jìn)口,轉(zhuǎn)變成主機(jī)廠不斷想法設(shè)法擴(kuò)大整車中零部件國(guó)產(chǎn)化的比率。而與此同時(shí)國(guó)外絕大多數(shù)零部件制造廠也紛紛將步伐邁入中國(guó),想在中國(guó)的市場(chǎng)中也占有一席之地。而各汽車整車制造廠和零部件制造廠在不斷擴(kuò)大自己市場(chǎng)的同時(shí)也在不斷思考如何可以把握發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,選擇合適的供應(yīng)商,以及有效地控制項(xiàng)目在供應(yīng)商處的效率以達(dá)到批量制造時(shí)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定和成本的降低。 本論文共分四章,以SG公司(一家總部位于德國(guó)紐倫堡的具有一百多年歷史的汽車零部件制造商)為研究對(duì)象,首先分析了在目前制造業(yè)特別是汽車行業(yè)中運(yùn)用普遍的供應(yīng)商選擇的方法,論文中以SG公司供應(yīng)商選擇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為實(shí)際案例,用現(xiàn)在目前運(yùn)用比較廣泛的AHP層次分析法對(duì)SG公司的案例做實(shí)際分析,剖析供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)估的最后結(jié)果。其次,論文中還深刻分析了SG公司供應(yīng)商項(xiàng)目管理體系,對(duì)目前汽車行業(yè)的供應(yīng)商管理的難題之一做出詳細(xì)解釋。希望通過論文的分析對(duì)快速成長(zhǎng)的汽車零部件企業(yè)特別是國(guó)內(nèi)本土企業(yè)的發(fā)展有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since China ' s accession to the WTO , the auto manufacturing industry has been remarkably developing in China , and the auto parts industry has been continuously and rapidly growing along with the auto - car manufacturing . At the same time , most parts and parts manufacturers of foreign countries have continuously tried to expand the ratio of the localization of parts in the whole vehicle . At the same time , most parts and parts manufacturers in foreign countries have taken a foothold in the market . Meanwhile , the auto manufacturers and parts manufacturers are constantly thinking how to grasp the opportunities of development , select the right suppliers , and effectively control the efficiency of the project at the supplier to achieve the stable and cost reduction of the product quality at the time of mass production .
This thesis is divided into four chapters , which is based on SG company ( a 100 - year - old automobile component manufacturer with a history of more than one hundred years ) in the automotive industry . At present , the paper analyzes the practical cases of SG ' s supplier selection in the current manufacturing industry , especially in the auto industry , and analyzes the final result of the supplier selection evaluation . Secondly , the paper also deeply analyzes the supplier management system of SG company , and makes a detailed explanation of the current automobile industry ' s supplier management .
