【摘要】：近年來中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,不但使其成為了世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,而且金融危機(jī)中各國普遍經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷,唯有其仍保持強(qiáng)勁增長的勢頭,如此一枝獨(dú)秀的表現(xiàn)更堅(jiān)定了中國作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新引擎的國際地位,也使得越來越多的境外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)選擇到中國投資建廠或是與中國企業(yè)深度合作,以尋求新的或是更大的發(fā)展。 S公司是世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)S化學(xué)株式會社在中國北京的全資子公司,2009年成立后即致力于與國內(nèi)頭號TFT-LCD制造商B公司結(jié)成戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。本論文通過對S公司庫存管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其所面臨的問題；本論文也將從供應(yīng)鏈管理的高度,以“聯(lián)合庫存管理(JMI)”理論為指導(dǎo),采用“貨存需方JMI”的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式,論證庫存管理的優(yōu)化方案：包括JMI協(xié)議的簽訂、JMI組織的建立、JMI流程的優(yōu)化、JMI實(shí)施要點(diǎn)的控制等,以期完成幫助S公司解決庫存管理問題的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The continuous development of China's economy in recent years has not only made it the second largest economy in the world, but also the general economic downturn in various countries during the financial crisis, but only it has maintained the momentum of strong growth. Such outstanding performance has strengthened China's international position as a new engine of world economic development, and has also made more and more excellent foreign enterprises choose to invest in China to build factories or to cooperate in depth with Chinese enterprises. S is a wholly-owned subsidiary of S Chemical Co., Ltd. in Beijing, China. After its establishment in 2009, S is committed to forming a strategic partnership with the top TFT-LCD manufacturer B in China. Based on the analysis of the current situation of inventory management in S Company, this paper finds out the problems it faces. This paper will also take the theory of "Joint inventory Management (JMI)" as the guidance, and adopt the realization form of "inventory buyer JMI" from the perspective of supply chain management. This paper demonstrates the optimization scheme of inventory management, including the establishment of JMI agreement and the establishment of JMI organization, the optimization of JMI process and the control of key points of JMI implementation, in order to achieve the goal of helping S Company to solve inventory management problems.
