【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)的高速增長和汽車工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,中國的成品油消費市場也經(jīng)歷了快速發(fā)展的階段,我國成品油市場進一步開放,市場競爭日趨激烈。如何成為這一市場的主導(dǎo)者,保持競爭中的優(yōu)勢地位,是該市場中每個參與企業(yè)面臨的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。 本文運用文獻研究法、對比分析法、實踐結(jié)合法以及SWOT分析法在深入研究FZ公司直分銷業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,利用市場營銷的理論對FZ公司直分銷業(yè)務(wù)存在的問題進行進一步梳理和分析,提出自己在如何改進成品油直分銷業(yè)務(wù)方面的一些思路和看法,為提高FZ公司成品油直分銷業(yè)績提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the sustained rapid growth of Chinese economy and the rapid development of automobile industry, China's refined oil consumption market has also experienced a rapid development stage, China's refined oil market further opened up, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to become the dominant player in this market and maintain the dominant position in the competition is a great challenge for each participating enterprise in this market. In this paper, based on the literature research, comparative analysis, practice combination and SWOT analysis, the current situation and existing problems of FZ direct distribution business are deeply studied. Using the theory of marketing, this paper further combs and analyzes the problems existing in FZ Company's direct distribution business, and puts forward some ideas and views on how to improve the direct distribution business of refined oil. In order to improve the direct distribution of FZ oil products to provide a certain reference.
