哈飛汽車集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)的興衰在于管理,管理的成敗在于文化。隨著時代的進(jìn)步和社會的發(fā)展,企業(yè)管理逐漸由以“物”為中心,向以“人”為中心轉(zhuǎn)變。企業(yè)文化作為企業(yè)管理的高級階段,由于其積極倡導(dǎo)以人為本的管理哲學(xué),,受到了越來越多的經(jīng)營者的重視。然而,如何在對一個企業(yè)的文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行客觀準(zhǔn)確評價的基礎(chǔ)上,通過文化的去偽存真、去莠存良,將企業(yè)文化建設(shè)與企業(yè)的人文環(huán)境、管理現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)營實際有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來,真正發(fā)揮企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的功能,需要我們不斷地探索和實踐。 本文以作者所在單位—哈飛汽車集團(tuán)為研究對象,針對公司近幾年發(fā)展停滯不前、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益日益下滑的局面,從文化的視角闡述了企業(yè)文化與經(jīng)營業(yè)績之間的辯證關(guān)系,力求找到影響和制約公司發(fā)展的文化因素,從而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的針對性和實效性。同時針對公司并入中國長安汽車集團(tuán)以后企業(yè)文化發(fā)生深刻變革的現(xiàn)狀,分析了文化融合給公司帶來的積極影響和嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出公司文化建設(shè)的總體思路,旨在讓公司原有的優(yōu)秀文化得以傳承、新導(dǎo)入的文化得以發(fā)揚(yáng),使企業(yè)文化更加符合公司當(dāng)前及長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展需要,為公司借助文化力量,盡快走出困境、實現(xiàn)新的發(fā)展提供有力幫助。 本論文首先簡要說明了研究背景及意義、研究內(nèi)容與研究方法,分析了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了企業(yè)文化的基本理論。然后系統(tǒng)地梳理了哈飛汽車集團(tuán)發(fā)展和文化演進(jìn)歷程,通過集體研討、員工訪談、調(diào)查問卷等方式,對企業(yè)文化作了定性分析和定量測評,指出了公司文化的優(yōu)勢與不足,并從理念層、制度層和物質(zhì)層三個方面提出公司文化重構(gòu)的內(nèi)容與實施方案。最后著眼于未來論述了公司文化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)與策略,以進(jìn)一步提升公司軟實力,增強(qiáng)公司的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:The rise and fall of the enterprise lies in the management, and the success or failure of the management lies in the culture. With the progress of the times and the development of the society, the management of enterprises has gradually changed from "things" as the center to "people" as the center. As the advanced stage of enterprise management, corporate culture has been paid more and more attention by more and more managers because of its active advocacy of people-oriented management philosophy. However, on the basis of an objective and accurate evaluation of the cultural construction of an enterprise, through the identification of false things by culture, the retention of real things and the preservation of good, the construction of enterprise culture is organically integrated with the humanistic environment, the management status quo, and the actual operation of the enterprise. To give full play to the function of enterprise culture construction, we need to explore and practice continuously. In this paper, the author of the unit-Hafei Automobile Group as the research object, in view of the company's stagnant development in recent years and declining economic benefits, from the perspective of culture to explain the dialectical relationship between corporate culture and business performance. To find out the cultural factors that influence and restrict the development of the company, so as to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the enterprise culture construction. At the same time, aiming at the status quo of the profound changes in the corporate culture after the incorporation of the company into China Changan Automobile Group, this paper analyzes the positive impact and severe challenges brought by the cultural integration, and puts forward the general idea of the construction of the company's culture on this basis. The aim is to pass on the original excellent culture of the company, to carry forward the newly introduced culture, to make the corporate culture more in line with the company's current and long-term development needs, and to help the company to get out of the predicament as soon as possible with the help of cultural forces. The realization of new developments can be of help. Firstly, this paper briefly explains the research background and significance, research content and research methods, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the basic theory of corporate culture. Then systematically combing the development and cultural evolution of Hafei Automobile Group, through collective discussion, employee interviews, questionnaire and other ways, the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of corporate culture, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of corporate culture. And put forward the content and implementation plan of corporate culture reconstruction from three aspects: idea level, system layer and material level. Finally, the paper discusses the objectives and strategies of corporate culture construction in the future, in order to further enhance the soft power and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.
