【摘要】：江西省JXSG公司成立于1958年,隸屬于江西省JG集團(tuán)公司,具有建設(shè)部核定的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)承包一級,市政總承包一級,地基與基礎(chǔ)工程專業(yè)一級以及省建設(shè)廳核定的其它幾個(gè)二級施工資質(zhì)的建筑施工企業(yè)。由于近十年來,南昌城市化建設(shè)的突飛猛進(jìn)發(fā)展,城市建設(shè)速度加快,老基地周邊已無發(fā)展用地,結(jié)合本公司的發(fā)展規(guī)劃和上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)的要求,以市場為導(dǎo)向,以企業(yè)發(fā)展為目標(biāo),按照市場和企業(yè)發(fā)展相結(jié)合,遵照因地制宜,體現(xiàn)特色與新基地建設(shè)充分結(jié)合和發(fā)揮最大效益原則,對新基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性研究。 本論文所研究的新基地建沒項(xiàng)目的可行性是通過以新基地項(xiàng)目建設(shè)為契機(jī)對本公司產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、設(shè)備添置,管理創(chuàng)新,利用公司的較好資質(zhì),提升公司的品牌意識,結(jié)合公司目前的綜合優(yōu)勢,參與市場競爭,對項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行了充分的論述,而且論文從國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以及江西省的周邊發(fā)展情況及市場發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析,對公司的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的必要性和新基地建設(shè)的可行性加以說明,對新基地的建設(shè)規(guī)劃和企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理要求作出充分論述。本論文通過應(yīng)用調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)法、案例研究法以其它的圖表分析法、對新基地建設(shè)的配套設(shè)施及建設(shè)規(guī)模以及資金需求和環(huán)境分析等均作了洋細(xì)的論述,為項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的可行性研究提供了充分的證據(jù),對項(xiàng)目建設(shè)后的財(cái)務(wù)評價(jià)及社會效益、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,作了充分的估算,對通過對上述主要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的估算和項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的效益分析,進(jìn)一步得出該新基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的研究結(jié)論是可行的,而且是必要的,為該公司積極籌備建設(shè)資金以及后續(xù)建設(shè)規(guī)劃工作的延續(xù)性并保證該項(xiàng)目的能按期開工建設(shè),及時(shí)解決該公司發(fā)展生產(chǎn)所需,同時(shí)解決公司內(nèi)部的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,適應(yīng)市場變化,并做好相關(guān)配套設(shè)施的建設(shè)工作
[Abstract]:Jiangxi Province JXSG Company was founded in 1958, belonging to Jiangxi JG Group Company, with the Ministry of Construction approved by the professional contracting of steel structure, municipal general contracting level, Foundation and foundation engineering professional level and provincial construction office approved several other two-class construction qualification construction enterprises. Because of the rapid development of the urbanization construction in Nanchang in the past ten years, the speed of urban construction has been quickened, and there is no land for development around the old base, the market is guided by the company's development plan and the requirements of the leading organs at the higher levels. Taking the enterprise development as the goal, combining the market with the enterprise development, according to the local conditions, embodying the principle of combining the characteristics with the new base construction and giving full play to the maximum benefit, the feasibility study of the new base construction project is carried out. The feasibility of the new base construction project studied in this paper is to take the new base project as an opportunity to adjust the industrial structure and technological innovation, acquire equipment, manage innovation, and make use of the better qualification of the company. Promote the company's brand awareness, combined with the company's current comprehensive advantages, participate in market competition, the necessity and feasibility of project construction are fully discussed, and the paper from the domestic and foreign development situation, As well as the analysis of the surrounding development and market development of Jiangxi Province, the necessity of the industrial structure adjustment and the feasibility of the new base construction are explained, and the construction planning of the new base and the internal management requirements of the enterprise are fully discussed. By applying investigation method, literature method and case study method, this paper makes a detailed discussion on the supporting facilities and construction scale of the new base construction, as well as the capital demand and environmental analysis by using other chart analysis methods. It provides sufficient evidence for the feasibility study of the project construction, and estimates the financial evaluation and social benefits of the project after construction, as well as the economic benefits of the national economy. Through the estimation of the above main economic indicators and the benefit analysis of the project construction, it is feasible and necessary to further draw the research conclusions of the new base construction project. To actively prepare construction funds for the company and the continuity of the subsequent construction planning work, and to ensure that the project can be started on schedule, to solve the needs of the company for the development of production in a timely manner, and to solve the industrial structure adjustment within the company at the same time, Adapt to market changes, and do a good job in the construction of related facilities
