N公司裝配生產(chǎn)線布局研究

【摘要】:通訊制造業(yè)的設(shè)備投資非常高昂,設(shè)備折舊在產(chǎn)品的成本結(jié)構(gòu)中一般也是最大的一項(xiàng)。對(duì)于手機(jī)制造工廠,設(shè)備綜合效率是衡量生產(chǎn)管理水平和成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要指標(biāo)。研究設(shè)備綜合效率和提高產(chǎn)能,是為了提高資本的利用率,并最終體現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)品成本的降低。 本文基于精益生產(chǎn)理論,綜合運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)與工業(yè)工程的相關(guān)理論與方法,通過(guò)定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合,系統(tǒng)、全面地分析,對(duì)N公司中國(guó)分公司工廠布局改善項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了旨在提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低成本的改進(jìn)研究。本文系統(tǒng)地論述了該公司對(duì)工廠布局的持續(xù)改善活動(dòng)同時(shí),也對(duì)生產(chǎn)線布局、物流、生產(chǎn)流程、生產(chǎn)能力平衡等方面的分析和優(yōu)化,消除了大量浪費(fèi)和不創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的無(wú)效作業(yè),減少在制品、縮短制造周期,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了單件流的生產(chǎn)方式,運(yùn)用了看板生產(chǎn)方式,,由推動(dòng)式生產(chǎn)方變?yōu)槔瓌?dòng)式的生產(chǎn)方式,全面提高生產(chǎn)效率,從而降低成本增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。創(chuàng)造性地把精益生產(chǎn)理念與關(guān)于世界級(jí)別制造工廠的原則結(jié)合起來(lái),應(yīng)用平衡理論、OEE法、價(jià)值流等方法,對(duì)工廠當(dāng)前的布局、物流、生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行分析,挖掘影響工廠生產(chǎn)效率的瓶頸,提出相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)線布局對(duì)策方案。通過(guò)相應(yīng)對(duì)策方案的實(shí)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)效率的提升、成本的降低以及設(shè)定的改善目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Equipment investment in the communications industry is very high and depreciation of equipment is generally the largest item in the cost structure of the product. For the mobile phone manufacturing plant, the comprehensive efficiency of equipment is an important index to measure the level of production management and cost competitiveness. The purpose of the research is to improve the utilization rate of capital, and finally to reduce the cost of products. Based on the lean production theory, this paper synthetically applies the relevant theories and methods of lean production and industrial engineering, through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, systematic and comprehensive analysis, The purpose of this paper is to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of the plant layout improvement project of N Company China. This paper systematically discusses the continuous improvement of the factory layout and the analysis and optimization of the production line layout, logistics, production process, production capacity balance, etc., which eliminates a large amount of wasteful and ineffective operations without creating value. Reducing WIP, shortening manufacturing cycle, basically realizing the production mode of single piece flow, using Kanban mode of production, changing from propulsive production side to pull-type production mode, so as to improve production efficiency in an all-round way. Thus reducing the cost to enhance the competitiveness of the product market. Combining the concept of lean production with the principle of world grade manufacturing factory creatively, applying the balance theory and value flow method to analyze the current layout, logistics and production process of the factory. The bottleneck affecting the production efficiency of the factory is excavated, and the corresponding production line layout countermeasures are put forward. Through the implementation of the corresponding countermeasures, to achieve efficiency, cost reduction and set improvement goals.
