青島歐亞飾品公司成品配送中心規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:青島歐亞飾品有限公司是從事飾品加工、出口和批發(fā)的大型企業(yè),與大多數(shù)其他飾品企業(yè)一樣,歐亞公司經(jīng)歷了從訂單出口起家,逐漸向開拓國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)變,目前歐亞公司業(yè)務(wù)模式中主要有出口和國(guó)內(nèi)批發(fā)兩種。我國(guó)近兩年電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,為歐亞公司進(jìn)一步開拓國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)提供了有利條件,所以歐亞公司準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)一步開拓電子商務(wù)交易。但是,目前歐亞現(xiàn)有人員和物流設(shè)備能力并不充足,物流業(yè)務(wù)處理能力已經(jīng)難以滿足客戶的需求。同時(shí)考慮到歐亞經(jīng)營(yíng)模式逐步向國(guó)內(nèi)批發(fā)市場(chǎng)拓展,客戶的需求向少量化、多批次發(fā)展,歐亞公司迫切需要對(duì)物流設(shè)施加以改善。而配送中心是飾品物流系統(tǒng)中最重要的節(jié)點(diǎn),,是飾品物流系統(tǒng)的樞紐,它對(duì)于飾品的流通與銷售起到關(guān)鍵性的作用。因此,歐亞公司急需通過建立現(xiàn)代、專業(yè)、高效的配送中心滿足其發(fā)展的需要。 本文針對(duì)歐亞公司的實(shí)際需求,對(duì)其配送中心項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性規(guī)劃。對(duì)此本文首先從配送中心系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的理論和方法入手,重點(diǎn)探討了訂單EIQ分析法和系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP)方法;其次,配送中心的建設(shè)是基于對(duì)未來業(yè)務(wù)量進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理預(yù)測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)之上的,本文針對(duì)歐亞公司業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn),選擇了人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型完成了業(yè)務(wù)量的預(yù)測(cè);本文并基于此完成了對(duì)歐亞飾品配送中心的系統(tǒng)性規(guī)劃,主要內(nèi)容有:作業(yè)流程規(guī)劃、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)單元設(shè)計(jì)、年運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)能力設(shè)置、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、配送系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、關(guān)鍵設(shè)備選型、作業(yè)區(qū)域空間布局以及配送中心信息系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Qingdao Eurasia Jewelry Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise engaged in the processing, export and wholesale of jewelry. Like most other jewelry enterprises, Eurasian companies have experienced a transformation from order export to developing the domestic market. At present Eurasian company business model mainly has export and domestic wholesale two kinds. The rapid development of E-commerce in China in the past two years has provided favorable conditions for Eurasian companies to further develop the domestic market, so Eurasian companies are prepared to further open up e-commerce transactions. However, the current capacity of personnel and logistics equipment in Europe and Asia is not sufficient, logistics business processing capacity has been difficult to meet the needs of customers. At the same time, the Eurasian business model is gradually expanding to the domestic wholesale market, the customer's demand is becoming small, and many batches are developing, so the Eurasian companies urgently need to improve the logistics facilities. Distribution center is the most important node in jewelry logistics system and the hub of jewelry logistics system. It plays a key role in the circulation and sale of jewelry. Therefore, Eurasian companies urgently need to establish modern, professional and efficient distribution centers to meet their development needs. According to the actual demand of Eurasia Company, this paper makes systematic planning for its distribution center project. This paper begins with the theories and methods related to the planning and design of distribution center system, and discusses the EIQ analysis method and the system layout design (SLP) method. The construction of distribution center is based on the scientific and reasonable forecast of future business volume. According to the characteristics of Eurasian business data, the artificial neural network model is selected to forecast the business volume. Based on this, the systematic planning of Eurasian jewelry distribution center is completed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: job flow planning, storage and transportation unit design, annual operation capacity setting, warehousing system planning, distribution system planning, key equipment selection, etc. The spatial layout of the operation area and the framework design of the distribution center information system.
