株洲時代新材精益生產(chǎn)體系研究
[Abstract]:Abstract: as a leading enterprise in the domestic vibration and noise reduction component industry, Zhuzhou New Wood has been developing into new fields, such as automobile, environmental protection and military industry, based on rail transit in recent years, and its production shows a trend of concentric diversification. Facing not only the demand of diversified market demand, but also the competitive situation of international advanced enterprises, how to stand out in the fierce market competition and maintain a long-term competitive advantage, lean production is undoubtedly its inevitable choice. Based on the theory of JIT-QC and TPM of lean production, this paper points out the benefits of implementing lean production process in Zhuzhou. Through the analysis of the production situation of new wood in Zhuzhou, including raw materials and inventory, product research and development, production mode and process, market and sales, etc., to find out the problems existing in the production management of the company. Among them, unreasonable production planning leads to mismatch between market demand and enterprise production, excessive stock ratio leads to higher production costs than the same products in the industry, and defective products and rework caused by poor quality increase production costs. Improper process arrangement and unclear process lead to labor and material waste, which seriously hinder the development of the company, so it is necessary to carry out lean production in the company to improve the efficiency of the company through the implementation of lean production. Under the guidance of lean production theory, the new lean production system of the times makes full use of lean tools and methods, through "implementing inventory control projects", "vertical streamline operations", "using management Kanban", "running ANDON system", "process balance, operation standardization", "building information platform" six aspects to build and implement.
