【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化是企業(yè)國際化發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果，經(jīng)濟全球化又促使企業(yè)越來越重視全球市場的定位和開拓，實施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)提高國際競爭力和向國際化發(fā)展的必由之路。 勝利油田的石油工程服務(wù)作為中石化集團公司石油工程板塊的重要組成部分，其“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的實施是中石化集團國際化經(jīng)營的重要組成部分。本文第一章從經(jīng)濟全球化和企業(yè)國際化大背景出發(fā)，結(jié)合中石化集團公司石油工程板塊專業(yè)化重組整合的企業(yè)背景，指明了本文的研究意義和研究現(xiàn)狀，并進一步指出了本文的研究內(nèi)容和方法。第二章闡述了勝利油田石油工程服務(wù)“走出去”的重要戰(zhàn)略意義。第三章對勝利油田石油工程服務(wù)“走出去”的歷程進行了概括，并且指出了該過程中取得的成績和存在的不足之處。第四章運用SWOT分析法，對勝利油田石油工程服務(wù)“走出去”的內(nèi)外部優(yōu)劣勢條件進行了分析，進而找出該過程中面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和潛在的機遇，確定最終的戰(zhàn)略選擇。第五章結(jié)合國際石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,對勝利油田的石油工程服務(wù)“走出去”進行目標市場分析，從而準確定位。第六章明確了勝利油田石油工程服務(wù)“走出去”戰(zhàn)略目標、發(fā)展思路及重點，并且采取了可行的保障措施，確�！白叱鋈ァ睉�(zhàn)略目標的有效實施。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization is the inevitable result of the internationalization development of enterprises, and economic globalization urges enterprises to pay more and more attention to the orientation and development of global market. It is the only way for enterprises to improve their international competitiveness and develop to internationalization by carrying out the "going out" strategy. The petroleum engineering service of Shengli Oilfield is an important part of Sinopec's petroleum engineering plate, and the implementation of its "going out" strategy is an important part of Sinopec's international operation. In the first chapter, from the background of economic globalization and enterprise internationalization, combined with the enterprise background of professional reorganization and integration of petroleum engineering plate of Sinopec, the research significance and current situation of this paper are pointed out. Furthermore, the research contents and methods of this paper are pointed out. The second chapter expounds the important strategic significance of Shengli Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Service. The third chapter summarizes the course of "going out" in Shengli Oilfield petroleum engineering service, and points out the achievements and shortcomings in the process. In the fourth chapter, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the petroleum engineering service in Shengli Oilfield, and then to find out the challenges and potential opportunities in the process, and to determine the final strategic choice. The fifth chapter analyzes the target market of petroleum engineering service in Shengli Oilfield according to the development trend of international petroleum engineering technical service industry. The sixth chapter clarifies the strategic goal of "going out" for petroleum engineering service in Shengli Oilfield, and takes feasible safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of "going out" strategic goal.
