【摘要】：新經(jīng)濟時代，企業(yè)執(zhí)行力的重要地位日益凸顯。加大企業(yè)執(zhí)行力度，提高企業(yè)執(zhí)行效率，樹立企業(yè)執(zhí)行力理念，成為新形勢下眾多企業(yè)打造核心競爭力的必要途徑。石化企業(yè)作為我國能源支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分，在其發(fā)展過程中，逐漸暴露出組織結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、安全管理不到位、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力弱等問題。究其原因，企業(yè)執(zhí)行力缺乏成為了非常關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。因此文章以山東石大勝華化工集團為研究對象進行執(zhí)行力評價及對策研究。 本文首先總結(jié)了企業(yè)執(zhí)行力的概念、特點、影響因素，為執(zhí)行力分析奠定了理論基礎。其次，，從山東石大勝華化工集團的管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，分析其執(zhí)行力方面存在的不足，結(jié)合執(zhí)行力相關(guān)理論和該企業(yè)特點將執(zhí)行力影響因素進行總結(jié)。再次，運用模糊層次綜合評價方法構(gòu)建了石大勝華化工集團的執(zhí)行力評價模型，對該企業(yè)的執(zhí)行力水平進行評價和結(jié)果分析。最后，針對評價中找出的石化企業(yè)執(zhí)行力的重要環(huán)節(jié)與薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)思考的理念提出完善該企業(yè)執(zhí)行力的對策建議。以期能夠為山東石大勝華化工集團提高企業(yè)執(zhí)行力，獲得持久發(fā)展動力提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the new economic era, the important position of enterprise executive power is increasingly prominent. It is necessary for many enterprises to build up the core competitiveness under the new situation by strengthening the execution of enterprises, improving the efficiency of enterprise execution and establishing the concept of enterprise execution. Petrochemical enterprises, as an important part of our country's energy pillar industry, have gradually exposed some problems such as unreasonable organizational structure, inadequate safety management and weak technological innovation ability in the process of its development. Investigate its reason, the lack of enterprise executive ability has become a very key link. Therefore, this paper takes Shandong Shi Dasheng Hua Chemical Group as the research object to carry on the execution evaluation and the countermeasure research. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept, characteristics and influencing factors of enterprise executive power, which lays a theoretical foundation for executive power analysis. Secondly, based on the current management situation of Shandong Shidashenghua Chemical Group, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of its execution ability, and summarizes the influencing factors of the execution ability by combining the relevant theory of execution force and the characteristics of the enterprise. Thirdly, the evaluation model of the execution ability of Shidashenghua Chemical Group is constructed by using the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method, and the level of the execution ability of the enterprise is evaluated and the results are analyzed. Finally, in view of the important links and weak links of the execution ability of petrochemical enterprises found out in the evaluation, combined with the idea of systematic thinking, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the execution ability of the petrochemical enterprises are put forward. In order to improve the execution power of Shandong Shi Dasheng Hua Chemical Group and obtain the sustainable development power, it can provide useful reference.
