生物冶金技術(shù)在R公司應(yīng)用的可行性研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著人民對黃金需求量的日益增長,黃金工業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,我國易處理的金礦資源日益減少,難選冶金礦資源的利用越來越受到關(guān)注。外加上人們對環(huán)境保護(hù)憂患意識的逐漸增強(qiáng),尾礦污染問題愈發(fā)受到大家的重視,所以研究、開發(fā)含砷、硫難以處理金礦的環(huán)保選冶新工藝是當(dāng)務(wù)之急,而生物氧化提金技術(shù)出現(xiàn)正好解決了這個(gè)問題。生物氧化提金具有金回收率高,工藝操作簡單,不污染環(huán)境等優(yōu)點(diǎn),此方法已成為國內(nèi)外開發(fā)難處理低品位金礦石的主要方法。我國自2000年開始投入使用生物氧化提金技術(shù)并迅速發(fā)展,目前這門高新技術(shù)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了工程化應(yīng)用的快速發(fā)展時(shí)期。但與此同時(shí),很多中小型黃金生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在選擇是否使用生物氧化提金技術(shù)時(shí),遇到了許多實(shí)際應(yīng)用上的問題,使其處于兩難的境地。 本文以黃金的供需關(guān)系為引導(dǎo),闡述了中國高品位黃金資源的緊缺和對難處理、低品位金礦資源利用的迫切性。采用理論和案例結(jié)合的研究方法對黃金生產(chǎn)企業(yè)使用生物氧化提金技術(shù)的原因、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和前景進(jìn)行了分析研究。首先,本文通過國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料的對生物冶金這門技術(shù)的有了一個(gè)較為清楚的說明,繼而講述國內(nèi)外生物冶金技術(shù)在各種難選冶礦石資源上應(yīng)用實(shí)踐的成功,見證了生物冶金技術(shù)在難選冶礦石資源利用上的重大貢獻(xiàn)。然后根據(jù)生物冶金技術(shù)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢的分析,充分說明該技術(shù)在未來的發(fā)展是具有相當(dāng)大潛力的。同時(shí),點(diǎn)明生物冶金技術(shù)在中國黃金生產(chǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)用和發(fā)展的必要性和重要性。最后,講述該技術(shù)在我國工業(yè)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用和推廣上所遇到的難題,經(jīng)過分析提出相應(yīng)的解決辦法?偨Y(jié)出黃金生產(chǎn)企業(yè)想要在國內(nèi)繼續(xù)尋求發(fā)展必須改變以往傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)方式,采用新的工藝。 在R公司這個(gè)案例部分,首先運(yùn)用比較分析法,對焙燒氧化、加壓氧化、生物氧化這三種方式在處理難選冶金礦資源時(shí)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),得出生物氧化提金技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢以及對其公司應(yīng)用的可適用性。然后以R公司在進(jìn)行生物氧化提金項(xiàng)目時(shí)所遇到的實(shí)際問題進(jìn)行分析,提出在政策、氣候及選擇、安全和環(huán)保上相應(yīng)的對策和措施。最后,根據(jù)此項(xiàng)目帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效應(yīng)充說明了其可行性和示范性,肯定了生物冶金技術(shù)在黃金生產(chǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)用發(fā)展的廣闊前期。為其他正陷入難選冶金礦資源利用問題的企業(yè)提供了一定可借鑒的參考意義和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demand for gold by the people, the gold industry is developing rapidly, and the easily treated gold resources in China are decreasing day by day, and the utilization of refractory gold resources has been paid more and more attention. In addition, with the increasing awareness of environmental protection concerns among people, the problem of tailings pollution has attracted more and more attention. Therefore, it is imperative to study and develop new technologies for environmental separation and smelting of gold deposits that are difficult to deal with arsenic and sulfur. And biological oxidation gold extraction technology appears to solve this problem. Biological oxidation extraction of gold has the advantages of high gold recovery, simple operation and no pollution to the environment. This method has become the main method for the development of low-grade gold ores at home and abroad. Since 2000, biological oxidation gold extraction technology has been used in China and developed rapidly. At present, this new technology has entered the period of rapid development of engineering application. But at the same time, many small and medium-sized gold production enterprises choose whether to use biological oxidation gold extraction technology, encountered a lot of practical problems, making them in a dilemma. Guided by the relationship between supply and demand of gold, this paper expounds the shortage of high-grade gold resources in China and the urgency of utilization of refractory and low-grade gold resources. In this paper, the reasons, application status and prospect of biological oxidation technology for gold extraction in gold production enterprises are analyzed by means of theory and case study. First of all, through the domestic and foreign literature data, this paper has a relatively clear explanation of the biological metallurgy technology, and then describes the successful application of the biological metallurgy technology in various refractory ore resources at home and abroad. It has witnessed the great contribution of biological metallurgy technology in the utilization of refractory ore resources. Then, according to the analysis of the present situation and development trend of biological metallurgical technology at home and abroad, it fully shows that this technology has great potential in the future development. At the same time, it points out the necessity and importance of the application and development of bio-metallurgical technology in gold production enterprises in China. Finally, the problems encountered in the application and popularization of the technology in China's industrial production are described, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. It is concluded that gold production enterprises must change their traditional production methods and adopt new techniques to continue their development in China. In the case of R Company, the advantages and disadvantages of roasting oxidation, pressurized oxidation and biological oxidation in the treatment of refractory gold ore resources are summarized by comparative analysis. The advantages of biological oxidation technology for gold extraction and its applicability to the company are obtained. Then, based on the analysis of the practical problems encountered by R Company in the process of biological oxidation gold extraction project, the corresponding countermeasures and measures in policy, climate and selection, safety and environmental protection are put forward. Finally, according to the economic and social effects brought by this project, the feasibility and demonstration of this project are illustrated, and the broad Prophase of the application of bio-metallurgical technology in gold production enterprises is confirmed. It provides some reference and practical experience for other enterprises which are caught in the problem of utilization of gold ore resources.
