【摘要】:竹葉青茶業(yè)有限公司從1998年堅(jiān)實(shí)起步到2001年逐漸地完善企業(yè)的渠道策略;公司又從2002年提出了“平常心”的品牌傳播策略再到2007年憑借“中西文化交流大使”的身份躋身于歐洲市場,竹葉青茶業(yè)公司已經(jīng)不僅僅成為茶業(yè)界內(nèi)的佼佼者和領(lǐng)軍者,而且已經(jīng)代表中國文化走出國門、走向世界。公司的每項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品都集中國傳統(tǒng)茶文化、道家文化、品牌文化等各種優(yōu)秀文化與一體,滲透著濃厚的文化色彩和人生哲學(xué),由此可見,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)在竹葉青茶業(yè)有限公司的發(fā)展歷程中尤為重要。同時(shí),企業(yè)文化是一個(gè)企業(yè)的行為觀念、意識(shí)形態(tài)、價(jià)值取向以及物質(zhì)資源,決定著企業(yè)的所作所為,所言所行以及所思所想,關(guān)系的企業(yè)的興衰榮辱。企業(yè)文化建設(shè)通過滲透到企業(yè)的管理、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)之中來提升企業(yè)的凝聚體、提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營效益以及企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的知名度等等。企業(yè)..文化建設(shè)作為一種無形資產(chǎn)在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用越來越重要。因此,竹葉青茶業(yè)有限公司的自身特點(diǎn)決定了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)在公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中要占據(jù)比其它行業(yè)更為重要的地位。 公司在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面雖然取得了一定的成績,但是缺陷也不容忽視。本文以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及管理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論做指導(dǎo),在閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過調(diào)查問卷的形式對(duì)竹葉青茶業(yè)有限公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入地研究,探討了公司內(nèi)部建設(shè)符合企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè)文化所存在的各種問題,最后提出了適合公司發(fā)展的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的意見建議。本文為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化和完善竹葉青茶業(yè)有限公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)與管理提供了可靠的理論指導(dǎo)以及實(shí)踐探索。
[Abstract]:From the solid start of 1998 to 2001, Bamboo Tea Co., Ltd. gradually perfect the channel strategy of the enterprise; From 2002, the company put forward the "normal" brand communication strategy, and in 2007, with the status of "Chinese and Western cultural exchange ambassador" into the European market, bamboo tea company has not only become the leader and leader in the tea industry. And has represented the Chinese culture out of the country, to the world. Every product of the company is composed of Chinese traditional tea culture, Taoist culture, brand culture and other excellent culture and integration, permeating a strong cultural color and philosophy of life, it can be seen, Enterprise culture construction is particularly important in the development of Zhuye Qing Tea Co., Ltd. At the same time, corporate culture is the concept of behavior, ideology, value orientation and material resources of an enterprise, which determines the rise and fall of the enterprise. The construction of enterprise culture can enhance the agglomeration of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of the enterprise and the popularity of the enterprise products by infiltrating into the management, production, management and other links of the enterprise. Enterprise As an intangible asset, cultural construction plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. Therefore, the characteristics of Zhuyeqing Tea Co., Ltd. determine that the construction of corporate culture plays a more important role than other industries in the strategic planning of the company. Although the company has made some achievements in the construction of corporate culture, but the defects can not be ignored. Guided by the relevant theories of economics and management, this paper, on the basis of reading a large number of documents, makes an in-depth study on the present situation of the corporate culture construction of Zhuyeqing Tea Industry Co., Ltd., through the form of questionnaire. This paper probes into the various problems existing in the construction of corporate culture in line with the enterprise development strategy, and finally puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the enterprise culture suitable for the development of the company. This paper provides reliable theoretical guidance and practical exploration for further optimizing and perfecting the construction and management of enterprise culture in Zhuyeqing Tea Industry Co., Ltd.
