【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，進(jìn)入“十二五”階段，國(guó)家在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)方面投資力度不斷加大，施工企業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期。隨著我國(guó)建筑業(yè)進(jìn)一步與國(guó)際接軌，施工企業(yè)面臨越來(lái)越激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，加之建筑市場(chǎng)供求失衡、進(jìn)入門檻較低，，以及墊資施工、拖欠工程款等現(xiàn)象的存在，使得施工企業(yè)不得不高額負(fù)債，面臨巨大的籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此，對(duì)施工企業(yè)籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究極為必要。 本文首先以籌資、籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估理論研究為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合施工企業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)、籌資的內(nèi)涵、渠道與方式，深入分析了影響籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的因素，以及施工企業(yè)籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題；其次通過(guò)對(duì)比分析選定專家調(diào)查法和層次分析法(AHP法)作為籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和分析與評(píng)價(jià)方法，根據(jù)籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響因素設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷，對(duì)調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行信度和效度檢驗(yàn)，并確定決策者的籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好，提出防范措施，建立完整的施工企業(yè)籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系；最后在××省建筑集團(tuán)總公司進(jìn)行籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估應(yīng)用，通過(guò)專家調(diào)查法獲取有效數(shù)據(jù)，基于AHP法對(duì)影響該企業(yè)籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的因素的重要性程度進(jìn)行排序，將定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合，對(duì)該企業(yè)的籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估，再以決策者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好為基礎(chǔ)，有針對(duì)性地提出防范措施，并對(duì)評(píng)估效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，提出改進(jìn)建議，以期推廣應(yīng)用。對(duì)施工企業(yè)防范和化解籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy. At the stage of "the 12th Five-Year Plan", the national investment in infrastructure construction is increasing, and the development of construction enterprises has entered an important strategic opportunity period. With the further integration of our construction industry with the world, construction enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition, in addition to the imbalance of supply and demand in the construction market, the low threshold of entry, and the existence of construction capital, construction arrears, etc. Construction enterprises have to high debt, facing a huge financing risk. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the financing risk of construction enterprises. Firstly, based on the research of financing and risk assessment theory, combining with the characteristics of construction enterprises, the connotation, channels and methods of financing, this paper deeply analyzes the factors that affect the risk of financing. And the present situation and existing problems of financing risk assessment in construction enterprises. Secondly, the expert investigation method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method are selected as the identification, analysis and evaluation methods of financing risk through comparative analysis. According to the influencing factors of financing risk, the questionnaire is designed, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested, and the decision makers' preference for financing risk is determined, the preventive measures are put forward, and a complete evaluation system of financing risk of construction enterprises is established. Finally, it is applied in the capital raising risk assessment in 脳 脳 Province Construction Group Corporation, and the effective data are obtained by the expert investigation method. Based on the AHP method, the importance of the factors influencing the financing risk of the enterprise is ranked. Combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, this paper evaluates the financing risk of the enterprise, and then, based on the risk preference of the decision-maker, puts forward the preventive measures, evaluates the evaluation effect, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. In order to promote the application. It is of practical significance and practical value for construction enterprises to prevent and resolve the risk of raising funds.
