【摘要】：建立了1套電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理指標(biāo)體系,監(jiān)測與分析電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況,提出了企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究的新模式;構(gòu)建涉及電網(wǎng)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系模型,及時(shí)采取有效措施防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn);建立健全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控、預(yù)警工作流程,完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控效果評價(jià)方法,深化運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控機(jī)制。為支撐關(guān)鍵績效目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),發(fā)揮監(jiān)測、預(yù)警和業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同職能促進(jìn)運(yùn)營績效的持續(xù)提升提出探討。
[Abstract]:This paper establishes a set of operational risk management index system for power grid enterprises, monitors and analyzes the operational risk situation of power grid enterprises, puts forward a new model of enterprise risk management, constructs a risk management system model involving the business process of power grid enterprises. Timely take effective measures to prevent risks, establish and improve risk monitoring, early warning workflow, improve risk management and control effect evaluation method, deepen operational risk management and control mechanism. In order to support the realization of the key performance objectives, to play the monitoring, early warning and business synergy functions to promote the continuous improvement of operational performance.
