【摘要】：企業(yè)社會責(zé)任理論是馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的重要組成部分之一。企業(yè)社會責(zé)任包括經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任、法律責(zé)任、環(huán)境責(zé)任、道德責(zé)任和慈善責(zé)任等。新的歷史時期,世界各國對企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任問題再次重新認(rèn)識,認(rèn)為企業(yè)作為社會公民,除了把企業(yè)利潤和股東利益最大化作為企業(yè)追求的目標(biāo)之外,還應(yīng)當(dāng)擔(dān)負(fù)相應(yīng)的社會責(zé)任,這不僅有利于企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,也是社會發(fā)展的客觀需求。眾多國內(nèi)外企業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸意識到履行社會責(zé)任對企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略意義,不斷采取各種措施促進(jìn)企業(yè)履行社會責(zé)任。隨著改革開放的不斷深入,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了快速增長。在良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢下,榆林市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展迅速,本著得天獨(dú)厚的資源優(yōu)勢和地理位置優(yōu)勢,榆林市能源化工企業(yè)也迎來了難得的歷史發(fā)展機(jī)遇。與此同時,榆林市區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展失衡、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重、環(huán)境保護(hù)不力等問題凸顯,法律、道德、慈善等方面存在的問題也層出不窮,榆林市能源化工企業(yè)在履行社會責(zé)任方面亟待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。本文將以國內(nèi)外責(zé)任倫理理論、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),貼合榆林市能源化工企業(yè)實(shí)際,對企業(yè)社會責(zé)任內(nèi)涵的界定及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義進(jìn)行了相關(guān)探討。并著眼動態(tài)發(fā)展的角度,分析榆林市能源化工企業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律、環(huán)境、道德、慈善等各個層面,對其履行社會責(zé)任的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進(jìn)行了剖析。最后通過“政府-企業(yè)-社會”3個層面對企業(yè)有效履行社會責(zé)任的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行論述,為榆林市能源化工企業(yè)有效履行社會責(zé)任提供相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The theory of corporate social responsibility is one of the important parts of Marxist economic ethics. Corporate social responsibility includes economic responsibility, legal responsibility, environmental responsibility, moral responsibility and charitable responsibility. In the new historical period, every country in the world has re-recognized the problem of corporate social responsibility, thinking that the enterprise, as a citizen of society, takes the maximization of the profits and the interests of shareholders as the goal pursued by the enterprise. It is not only conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises, but also the objective needs of social development. Many enterprises at home and abroad have gradually realized the strategic significance of fulfilling social responsibility to the sustainable development of enterprises, and constantly take various measures to promote corporate social responsibility. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy has been rapid growth. Under the good economic situation, the economic and social development of Yulin City is rapid. With the unique advantage of resources and geographical location, the energy and chemical enterprises of Yulin City have also ushered in a rare historical development opportunity. At the same time, problems such as unbalanced regional economic development, unreasonable industrial structure, serious waste of resources, inadequate environmental protection, and problems in law, morality, charity, etc., in Yulin City are also emerging in endlessly. Yulin energy chemical enterprises in the implementation of social responsibility needs to be further strengthened. Based on the theory of responsibility ethics at home and abroad and the development of regional economy, this paper discusses the definition and practical significance of corporate social responsibility according to Yulin's actual situation of energy and chemical enterprises. From the point of view of dynamic development, this paper analyzes the development trend of energy and chemical enterprises in Yulin city, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of its social responsibility from the aspects of economy, law, environment, morality, charity and so on. Finally, through the three levels of "government, enterprise and society", this paper discusses the internal relation of the effective performance of social responsibility of enterprises, and provides relevant suggestions for the effective implementation of social responsibility of energy and chemical enterprises in Yulin City.
