【摘要】：上海華誼丙烯酸有限公司國內(nèi)最大的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)丙烯酸及酯系列產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)之一,公司通過消化吸收引進(jìn)技術(shù),依靠技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相繼開發(fā)了擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的國產(chǎn)化丙烯酸及酯生產(chǎn)技術(shù),是繼德國、日本、美國企業(yè)之后第四個擁有丙烯酸成套生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的企業(yè)。近年來隨著丙烯酸及酯技術(shù)的完全國產(chǎn)化和丙烯酸行業(yè)的較高利潤吸引了大批企業(yè)紛紛扎堆投資新建丙烯酸及酯裝置,其中不乏如巴斯夫、陶氏、中海油、臺塑等國內(nèi)外石化巨頭,丙烯酸及酯行業(yè)面臨的競爭日益殘酷。公司上游原料和下游產(chǎn)品“兩頭在外”的現(xiàn)狀逐漸無法適應(yīng)激烈的市場競爭。因此,公司必須進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈布局的調(diào)整,通過研究和實(shí)施一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,逐步調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展并獲得一體化的競爭優(yōu)勢。 本文擬通過對新形勢下丙烯酸及酯行業(yè)和丙烯酸公司自身情況的研究,并運(yùn)用PEST分析法、波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析法和一體化戰(zhàn)略理論等有關(guān)工具及理論,對公司內(nèi)部和外部發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行細(xì)致研究和分析,也對比了國內(nèi)外競爭企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo),研究了適合上海華誼丙烯酸有限公司特點(diǎn)的一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃在上海漕涇化學(xué)工業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi),實(shí)施與大型煉化企業(yè)合作穩(wěn)定丙烯上游原料并通過科技創(chuàng)新和中外合作方式延伸下游產(chǎn)品的一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為丙烯酸公司在“十二五”期間的發(fā)展拓展新的思路。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Huayi Acrylic Acid Co., Ltd. is one of the largest enterprises specializing in the production of acrylic acid and ester series products. Depending on technological innovation, the home-made acrylic acid and ester production technology with independent intellectual property rights has been developed one after the other. It is the fourth enterprise to have the complete set of acrylic acid production technology after Germany, Japan and the United States. In recent years, with the complete localization of acrylic acid and ester technology and the high profits in the acrylic industry, a large number of enterprises have invested in new acrylic acid and ester plants, including BASF, Dow and CNOOC. Formosa Plastics and other domestic and foreign petrochemical giants, acrylic acid and ester industry is facing increasingly fierce competition. The upstream raw materials and downstream products of the company "two in the outside" status gradually unable to adapt to fierce market competition. Therefore, the company must adjust the layout of the industrial chain, through the research and implementation of integrated development strategy, gradually adjust the product structure, adapt to the industrial development and obtain the competitive advantage of integration. In this paper, through the research on the situation of acrylic acid and ester industry and acrylic company under the new situation, and by using pest analysis, Porter's five-force analysis model, SWOT analysis and integration strategy theory and other relevant tools and theories. This paper makes a detailed study and analysis on the internal and external development environment of the company, compares the various data indexes of the domestic and foreign competitive enterprises, and studies the integrated development strategy suitable for the characteristics of Shanghai Huayi Acrylic Acid Co., Ltd. In Shanghai Caojing Chemical Industrial Zone, the strategic plan is to implement an integrated development strategy of stabilizing upstream propene raw materials and extending downstream products through scientific and technological innovation and Chinese-foreign cooperation, in cooperation with large refining and chemical enterprises. For the acrylic company in the "12-5" period of development to develop new ideas.
