【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展，城市居民收入水平的提高，城市化進(jìn)程加快，城市人口大量增加，促進(jìn)了人們飲食和營(yíng)養(yǎng)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變，拉動(dòng)了乳品消費(fèi)需求的相應(yīng)增加。新疆是我國(guó)奶業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)域和牛奶主產(chǎn)區(qū)之一。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后，新疆奶業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)多年的較快發(fā)展。但奶業(yè)為新疆實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)牧業(yè)向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)牧業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變、增加農(nóng)牧民收入，為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。但是2008年10月后，受國(guó)際金融危機(jī)和“三聚氰胺事件”影響，新疆廣大奶農(nóng)和乳品企業(yè)生產(chǎn)一度面臨較大困難，奶業(yè)發(fā)展受到嚴(yán)重沖擊。目前，新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)處于歷史重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期，可以說，新疆奶業(yè)面臨較好的宏觀環(huán)境，面臨眾多發(fā)展機(jī)遇，有利于發(fā)揮自身的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，將資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文基于新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大背景下，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法、調(diào)查法和訪談法、規(guī)范分析和實(shí)例分析相結(jié)合的方法、定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，研究新疆花園乳業(yè)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題。首先，，闡述企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)概念及理論，奠定本文的理論基礎(chǔ)；其次，簡(jiǎn)述新疆花園乳業(yè)公司發(fā)展歷程，分析其經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況、業(yè)務(wù)情況，指出公司經(jīng)營(yíng)中的成效與不足；第三，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法，對(duì)新疆花園乳業(yè)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析；第四，研究新疆花園乳業(yè)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位及目標(biāo)；最后，提出有利于新疆花園乳業(yè)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and stable development of economy, the improvement of income level of urban residents, the acceleration of urbanization process and the increase of urban population, it has promoted the change of people's diet and nutrition concept, and stimulated the corresponding increase of consumption demand of dairy products. Xinjiang is one of the main milk producing areas in China. After entering the 21 st century, Xinjiang dairy industry has achieved rapid development for many years. But the dairy industry has made important contributions to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture and animal husbandry to modern agriculture and animal husbandry, increase the income of farmers and herdsmen, and make important contributions to the development of local economy and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. However, after October 2008, under the influence of international financial crisis and melamine incident, the production of dairy farmers and dairy enterprises in Xinjiang was once faced with greater difficulties, and the development of dairy industry was seriously impacted. At present, Xinjiang's economy is in an important period of strategic opportunity in history. It can be said that Xinjiang dairy industry is faced with a better macro environment and many opportunities for development, which is conducive to giving play to its own resource advantages and transforming them into industrial advantages. Based on the background of Xinjiang's economic development, this paper uses SWOT analysis, investigation and interview, normative analysis and case analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis. To study the development strategy of Xinjiang Garden Dairy Company. First of all, the related concepts and theories of the enterprise development strategy are expounded to lay the theoretical foundation of this paper; secondly, the development course of Xinjiang Garden Dairy Company is briefly described, its management situation and business situation are analyzed, and the results and shortcomings of the company's management are pointed out. Third, use SWOT analysis method to analyze the development strategy environment of Xinjiang Garden Dairy Company; fourth, study the development strategy orientation and goal of Xinjiang Garden Dairy Company; finally, Put forward the safeguard measure that is advantageous to the development strategy of Xinjiang Garden Dairy Company.
