【摘要】：日本的制造業(yè)有非常強大的競爭力。這不僅僅是由大企業(yè)支撐，中小企業(yè)也發(fā)揮了很大的作用。中小企業(yè)從大企業(yè)接收業(yè)務，以相對低的工資和高的技術力量做出高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品，，使得日本產(chǎn)品贏得了高品質(zhì)的美名。這樣的企業(yè)間長年合作，品質(zhì)的保證和交貨時間的信賴，技術上的交流，帶來了非常大的經(jīng)濟效果。但近年來金字塔結構出現(xiàn)了非常大的變化，由垂直的關系開始向水平關系變化。零部件配套分工結構開始動搖。 本論文首先研究日本的零部件配套構造形成的歷史和理論，討論其優(yōu)點和強勢。隨后研究零部件配套構造的變化背景和現(xiàn)象。最后研究進入中國市場之后零部件配套中小企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢，將取幾個實例，檢證其兩大優(yōu)勢，及其在中國是否能維持和得到再構筑。 對于日本零部件配套中小企業(yè)來說進入中國市場是一個非常大的商機。他們的競爭優(yōu)勢就是高技術和高品質(zhì)。雖然在價格上沒有優(yōu)勢，但是在品質(zhì)方面有絕對競爭力的。在今后能否繼續(xù)降低成本是日本中小企業(yè)所要面對的難題。
[Abstract]:Japan's manufacturing industry is very competitive. This is not only supported by large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises also played a great role. Small and medium-sized enterprises take over business from large enterprises and make high quality products with relatively low wages and high technology, which makes Japanese products win the reputation of high quality. This long-term cooperation between enterprises, quality assurance and delivery time trust, technical exchanges, has brought great economic results. However, in recent years, the pyramid structure has changed a lot, from vertical relationship to horizontal relationship. Parts and components supporting division of labor structure began to shake. In this paper, the history and theory of components matching structure in Japan are studied, and its advantages and advantages are discussed. Then the changing background and phenomena of accessory structure of parts are studied. Finally, this paper studies the advantages of small and medium-sized enterprises in parts matching after entering the Chinese market, and will take several examples to verify their two advantages and whether they can be maintained and rebuilt in China. Japanese components supporting small and medium-sized enterprises into the Chinese market is a very big business opportunity. Their competitive advantage is high technology and high quality. Although there is no advantage in price, but in the quality of absolute competitiveness. Can continue to reduce costs in the future is the Japanese SMEs have to face the problem.
