【摘要】:投資決策在工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的各個階段都有著重要的作用,投資者對建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的投資總是不斷尋求最佳投資效果。因此,投資決策的錯對,對整個工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的投資效果和今后的發(fā)展關(guān)系重大,往往決定工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的成功失敗。本文針對微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),在充分學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)理論和政策后,運(yùn)用投資決策分析的有關(guān)方法,并以在陜西建設(shè)年產(chǎn)4000噸微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目為例,對其進(jìn)行了投資決策分析。分析結(jié)果表明項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)具有較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會效益,對項(xiàng)目投資決策提供重要依據(jù),有利于促進(jìn)我國微細(xì)球型鎂粉生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的提升,有利于推動我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,有利于促進(jìn)就業(yè),加快當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 針對工業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資額較大、不確定因素較多、項(xiàng)目周期過長、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險較大等問題,以及我國微細(xì)球形鎂粉市場廣大、產(chǎn)品供不應(yīng)求的局面,生產(chǎn)能力不足等問題,本文以國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對投資決策分析和項(xiàng)目單位對微細(xì)球形鎂粉的現(xiàn)有研究成果為依據(jù),分析微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀,并通過實(shí)例分析的方法,對在陜西建設(shè)年產(chǎn)4000噸微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行投資決策分析,,運(yùn)用市場調(diào)查法、市場預(yù)測法等方法,對項(xiàng)目地址的選擇、項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)條件、內(nèi)容、規(guī)模和設(shè)計方案等進(jìn)行了分析。同時利用項(xiàng)目管理的有關(guān)方法對項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了安排。進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用財務(wù)分析法、社會效益分析法和不確定性分析法,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析、社會效益分析,以及不確定性分析。分析得出,工業(yè)項(xiàng)目的投資決策分析具有重要意義,微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)項(xiàng)目在選址、建設(shè)條件和規(guī)模、設(shè)計方案等方面是可行性的,同時項(xiàng)目具有良好經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會效益,并且能在不確定性條件下具有良好的應(yīng)變能力,并對微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望,為類似工業(yè)項(xiàng)目的投資決策分析提供了借鑒作用。 通過對微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的投資決策分析,為工業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資決策提供了重要依據(jù)。微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線的建設(shè),關(guān)系著微細(xì)球形鎂粉能否應(yīng)對市場需求,是航天工業(yè)、汽車工業(yè)、光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重要一環(huán)。本文的研究,為微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的投資決策分析提供了借鑒作用,同時為類似工業(yè)項(xiàng)目提供了產(chǎn)考價值,為加速我國航天產(chǎn)業(yè)、汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)以及光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的步伐,為我國微細(xì)球形鎂粉生產(chǎn)在國際中的地位起到了重要作用。
[Abstract]:Investment decision plays an important role in every stage of construction project. Investors always seek the best investment effect for the investment of construction project. Therefore, the wrong investment decision has a great bearing on the investment effect and future development of the whole project, which often determines the success and failure of the project. In view of the construction of the production line project of microsphere magnesia powder, after studying the relevant theories and policies, this paper applies the relevant methods of investment decision analysis, and takes the construction of 4000 tons of microsphere magnesium powder production line project in Shaanxi province as an example. The investment decision is analyzed. The results show that the construction of the project has good economic and social benefits, which provides an important basis for the investment decision of the project, promotes the upgrading of production technology of microsphere magnesium powder in China, and promotes the development of photovoltaic industry in China. It is conducive to promoting employment and accelerating local social and economic development. In view of the problems such as large investment in industrial projects, many uncertain factors, long project cycle, large project risk and so on, as well as the large market of micro-spherical magnesia powder in our country, the situation that the supply of products exceeds supply, the production capacity is insufficient, etc. Based on the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars on investment decision and project units' research on micro-spherical magnesium powder, this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction project of micro-spherical magnesia powder production line, and analyzes the method of example analysis. This paper analyzes the investment decision of the construction project of 4000 tons of micro-spherical magnesium powder production line in Shaanxi province, and applies the methods of market investigation and market forecast to select the project address, the construction condition and the content of the project. The scale and design scheme are analyzed. At the same time, the construction schedule of the project is arranged by using the project management method. Further, the financial analysis, social benefit analysis and uncertainty analysis are used to analyze the economic benefit, social benefit and uncertainty of the project. It is concluded that the investment decision analysis of industrial projects is of great significance, and that the construction project of micro spherical magnesium powder production line is feasible in terms of location, construction conditions and scale, design scheme, etc. At the same time, the project has good economic and social benefits, and can have a good strain ability under uncertain conditions. The construction of the production line of micro-spherical magnesia powder is summarized and prospected. It provides reference for investment decision analysis of similar industrial projects. By analyzing the investment decision of the construction project of micro spherical magnesium powder production line, this paper provides an important basis for the investment decision of industrial project. The construction of micro spherical magnesium powder production line is an important part of aerospace industry, automobile industry and photovoltaic industry, which is related to whether the micro spherical magnesium powder can meet the market demand. The research in this paper provides a reference for the investment decision analysis of the construction project of micro spherical magnesium powder production line, at the same time, it provides the value of industry examination for similar industrial projects, and accelerates the pace of space industry, automobile industry and photovoltaic industry in our country. It plays an important role in the international production of micro-spherical magnesium powder in China.
