【摘要】:當(dāng)前的電子市場(chǎng),企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入白熱化階段,而隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境也趨向復(fù)雜化與動(dòng)態(tài)化。電子企業(yè)只有不斷增強(qiáng)自身的資源與能力,才能在滿足消費(fèi)者需求的同時(shí)獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤(rùn),增強(qiáng)自身實(shí)力。我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與科技進(jìn)步的一大支撐點(diǎn)便是信息產(chǎn)業(yè),而信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)便是集成電路等先進(jìn)技術(shù)。在內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境斗爭(zhēng)發(fā)生持續(xù)變化的情況下,電子企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)該與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。在當(dāng)今信息新技術(shù)層出不窮、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷崛起的情況下,電子技術(shù)和電子產(chǎn)品的重要地位是不言而喻的。科勝電子科技有限公司目前正趨向穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的階段,怎樣持續(xù)保持技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì),并逐步將自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為重組企業(yè)內(nèi)外資源的能力,是一個(gè)亟待解決的問題。 本文首先介紹了科勝電子科技有限公司的概況,運(yùn)用PEST分析法、波特五力模型等分析方法對(duì)科勝電子科技有限公司的一般環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境等戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入分析,并重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)科勝電子科技有限公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合研究分析,從而充分了解該公司的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),以及評(píng)價(jià)公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并對(duì)科勝電子科技有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位進(jìn)行分析和戰(zhàn)略選擇,在此基礎(chǔ)上制定公司的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施步驟。包括戰(zhàn)略選擇分析、市場(chǎng)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略、合資合作戰(zhàn)略、服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略以及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要保障措施。本文從實(shí)際出發(fā),結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理知識(shí),,利用戰(zhàn)略管理流程,根據(jù)科勝電子科技有限公司的自身?xiàng)l件站在全局的高度制定與時(shí)代、環(huán)境相適應(yīng)的一個(gè)較為完整的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,從而使企業(yè)更好地發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得生存與長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,所以具有很好的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The current electronic market, the competition between enterprises has entered the stage of white hot, and with the development of technology, the external environment of enterprises also tends to be complex and dynamic. Only by increasing their resources and ability, the electronic enterprises can obtain economic profits and strengthen their own strength while meeting the needs of consumers. The information industry is a big support to the progress of science and technology, and the basis of the information industry is the advanced technology such as integrated circuit. In the case of the continuous change in the internal conditions and the external environment, the development strategy of the electronic enterprises should keep pace with the times. In the present information technology, the emerging situation of the Internet economy is rising. At the same time, the important position of electronic technology and electronic products is self-evident. At present, Ke Sheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is tending to the stage of stable development. How to maintain the advantages of technology and products and gradually transform its own advantages into the ability to reorganize the internal and external resources of the enterprise is a problem to be solved.
This article first introduces the general situation of coheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., using the analysis method of PEST analysis and Potter five force model to analyze the general environment, industry environment and other strategic environment of coheng electronic technology limited company, and focus on the internal and external environment of coheng electronic technology limited company by SWOT analysis. In order to fully understand the development opportunities and challenges of the company, and to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the company, and to analyze and select the strategic positioning of the company's development strategy, the strategic implementation steps of the company are formulated on the basis of the strategy, including the strategy of selection and analysis, the strategy of market development, and the joint venture strategy, Service strategy, technology innovation strategy, human resource strategy and the important safeguard measures of development strategy. This paper, starting from the reality, combining strategic management knowledge, using the strategic management process, and according to the condition of the company's own conditions at the global level, makes a more complete strategic rule adapted to the times and the environment. So that enterprises can better play their own advantages and survive and develop in the fierce market competition, so it has a very good practical significance.
