【摘要】:自從八十年代初,企業(yè)文化從美國(guó)開始進(jìn)入學(xué)者的研究視野,近年來(lái),逐漸為中國(guó)企業(yè)所熟悉和重視。雖然中國(guó)的企業(yè)在文化建設(shè)上也下了不少功夫,但是關(guān)于企業(yè)文化的理論和建設(shè)途徑還是比較欠缺的,尤其是照搬國(guó)外的建設(shè)模式,很容易就被具有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)所淘汰。 從“三個(gè)代表”中“我們黨要始終代表中國(guó)先進(jìn)文化的前進(jìn)方向”文化概念的提出,到十七大報(bào)告里“推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮”的要求,再到十八大報(bào)告里“扎實(shí)推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)”的決心,“文化”的概念越來(lái)越深的植根在中國(guó)民眾的心里。時(shí)代已經(jīng)開始要求中國(guó)企業(yè)必須要有自己的企業(yè)文化,才能走下去,才能走得遠(yuǎn)。 相對(duì)于國(guó)企而言,具有更大靈活性的私企在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面呈現(xiàn)出了多元化的格局。而作為國(guó)企,其企業(yè)文化不僅是代表企業(yè)本身的思想,也反映著國(guó)家的態(tài)度。所以它不僅要具有先進(jìn)性,還要具有一定的中國(guó)特色。 本文從國(guó)企的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用國(guó)有企業(yè)企業(yè)文化維度模型和丹尼森組織文化模型,以調(diào)查問(wèn)卷方法為主,深刻剖析了神華準(zhǔn)能公司第三次創(chuàng)業(yè)開年之時(shí),企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)過(guò)程,從中尋找改進(jìn)的方向以及供其他國(guó)企企業(yè)文化建設(shè)借鑒的做法。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of 1980's, corporate culture has come into the research field of scholars from the United States. In recent years, Chinese enterprises have become familiar with and attached importance to corporate culture. Although Chinese enterprises have also made a lot of efforts in cultural construction, the theories and ways of building corporate culture are still relatively lacking, especially in copying the construction model of foreign countries. It is easy to be eliminated by the socialist market with Chinese characteristics. From the presentation of the cultural concept in the "three represents", "our party must always represent the direction of the advance of China's advanced culture," to the requirement of "promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture" in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, In the report of the 18th National Congress of China, the concept of "culture" is more and more deeply rooted in the hearts of the Chinese people. The times have begun to demand that Chinese enterprises must have their own corporate culture in order to go on and go far. Compared with the state-owned enterprises, private enterprises with greater flexibility in the construction of corporate culture presents a diversified pattern. As a state-owned enterprise, its corporate culture not only represents the thinking of the enterprise itself, but also reflects the attitude of the state. Therefore, it should not only have advanced nature, but also have certain Chinese characteristics. From the point of view of state-owned enterprises, using the dimension model of state-owned enterprise culture and Denison organizational culture model, this paper deeply analyzes the construction process of corporate culture when Shenhua Zhongneng Company started its third venture. To find out the direction of improvement and for other state-owned enterprises to learn from the construction of corporate culture.
