瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工績效考核研究

【摘要】:時代的發(fā)展和社會的進步使得企業(yè)在競爭中越來越重視人力資源。人力資源成為了推動企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,直接影響著企業(yè)的效益和長遠發(fā)展、企業(yè)的興衰與成敗。高素質(zhì)的技術(shù)型員工和具有專業(yè)知識和技能的各類人才將是一種寶貴的戰(zhàn)略資源,如何進行人力資源有效開發(fā)和科學(xué)管理,在當(dāng)代企業(yè)管理中越來越重要,績效考核作為人力資源管理中的重要模塊和核心內(nèi)容,對于提高企業(yè)競爭力、促進企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著非常重要的作用。企業(yè)核心能力的構(gòu)建更加依賴人力資源為基礎(chǔ),作為人力資源管理的核心環(huán)節(jié)——績效考核尤其需要受到重視。 本文結(jié)合目前企業(yè)技術(shù)型員工績效考核的實際情況,根據(jù)瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司發(fā)展需要,依據(jù)相關(guān)人力資源管理與績效管理理論,尋求適合瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)特點以及公司戰(zhàn)略需要的績效考核體系。首先論述了本文研究的目的和意義,提出了本文研究的主要內(nèi)容,闡述了本文的重要研究方法和研究思路。接著在界定了績效、績效考核、技術(shù)型員工的概念與特點等的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)技術(shù)型員工的特點選擇平衡記分卡這一工具進行技術(shù)型員工的績效考核測評。然后對瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司進行介紹,分析了瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工績效考核的現(xiàn)狀,提出了現(xiàn)行的績效考核體系存在的問題,為后面制定科學(xué)合理的工程技術(shù)人員考核方法奠定基礎(chǔ)。然后提出了瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工績效考核優(yōu)化設(shè)計原則與目標(biāo),制定了瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工層面的平衡記分卡,并且利用調(diào)查法確定了瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工績效考核的指標(biāo)體系,確定了各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,制定了瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工績效考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計了績效考核表。最后提出了瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工績效考核方案實施舉措,以及根據(jù)實施中可能出現(xiàn)的問題提出了實施保障。希望通過本文的研究對瑤崗仙礦業(yè)公司技術(shù)型員工績效考核的改進有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The development of the times and the progress of society make enterprises pay more and more attention to human resources in the competition. Human resources have become the key factor to promote the development of enterprises, directly affect the benefits and long-term development of enterprises, the rise and fall of enterprises and success or failure. High-quality technical staff and all kinds of talents with professional knowledge and skills will be a valuable strategic resource. How to effectively develop and manage human resources is becoming more and more important in contemporary enterprise management. As an important module and core content of human resource management, performance appraisal plays a very important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the development of enterprises. The construction of enterprise core competence depends on human resource more. As the core link of human resource management, performance appraisal should be paid more attention to. According to the development needs of Yao Gang Xian Mining Company and the relevant theories of human resource management and performance management, this paper combines the actual situation of performance appraisal of technical employees in enterprises at present, and according to the needs of the development of Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, To search for a performance appraisal system suitable for the technical characteristics and strategic needs of Yao Gangxian Mining Company. First, the purpose and significance of this study are discussed, the main contents of this study are put forward, and the important research methods and research ideas are expounded. Then, on the basis of defining the performance, performance appraisal, the concept and characteristics of the technical employees, the paper selects the balanced Scorecard as a tool to evaluate the performance of the technical employees according to the characteristics of the technical employees. Then it introduces the Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of the technical employees of the Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, and puts forward the problems existing in the current performance appraisal system. For the development of scientific and reasonable assessment of engineering and technical personnel to lay the foundation. Then put forward the optimization design principles and objectives of the performance appraisal of technical employees in Yao Gangxian Mining Company, and formulate the balanced Scorecard of the technical employees in Yao Gang Xian Mining Co., Ltd. And using the investigation method to determine the performance appraisal index system of the technical employees of Yao Gangxian Mining Company, to determine the weight of each index, to formulate the performance evaluation standard of the technical employees of the Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, and to design the performance appraisal table. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to implement the performance appraisal scheme of technical employees in Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, and puts forward the implementation guarantee according to the problems that may appear in the implementation. Through the research of this paper, we hope to improve the performance evaluation of technical employees in Yao Gangxian Mining Company.
